There is a small village, the place is quite and peaceful,opposite hotel has a restaurant selling vietnam and European food, taste good. You can call grab to the old town, near the bridge and along the river have many local food and restaurants. One thing you must know that when you come from Da Nam airport, at the taxi stand don't talk to the man beside the yellow taxi because the price is 300000 and he asked 900000 .

The hotel was a wonderful choice. It is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from the old town. In the evening, you can enjoy beautiful views along the riverbank, where lanterns in the water create a magical atmosphere. The room was clean, although the power outlets were a bit inconvenient, and it was challenging to insert the adapter. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The two pools offered a great opportunity to relax and swim in the clean water.

The location is about one kilometer away from the ancient city. The sanitation is acceptable and the service attitude is good. It is a decent accommodation. However, the sound insulation is not good, and the sound of footsteps and construction outside is very clear. If you are concerned about this issue, you can consider it.

Staff was friendly and very helpful in booking tours and other tickets. Room was clean and in good condition. It is a short walk away from the bridge linking to hoi an old town. I enjoyed my stay here.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough it is run and recently been taken over by young married couple Luke and Mihn in my opinion it’s outstanding one of the best hotels that we’ve stayed in this far $15 New Zealand tonight it has a beautiful swimming pool a barbecue area if you want to make your own food cook your own food there’s an outstanding coffee shops directly across the road like $1.50 for the most decadent coffee and the rooms are extremely clean the bedding is immaculate 100% cotton which in this heat you really need the air-conditioner works a treat there is Wi-Fi there is breakfast included if you wish to purchase it I think for an extra three dollars New Zealand and again the cleanliness is outstanding services 10 out of 10 the environment is 10 out of 10 Location is incredible five minutes from the beach the old town hoii an It’s just minutes away we hired a scooter from Luke which is fantastic easy he brings it to you you leave it here it’s brilliant and I think it’s cause it’s like eight dollars a day and we’ve done so much exploring of this beautiful beautiful little city there is so much to see we plan on staying one night we’ve been here for and plan on staying another two at least so yeah I would highly recommend these guys supporting the local owner operator business is key there is beautiful and beautiful fruit tree a five star I think the food is called it’s just so Yum and so fresh again recommend 10 out of 10 for this Hotel wouldn’t say anywhere else it’s brilliant absolutely brilliant Luke and Mihn I went out back and call anything we need they just get it for us obviously we don’t push it because we don’t need anything if we want it it’s there if we don’t it’s not so it’s brilliant it’s just brilliant I have so in love it highly recommend 10

This is a house with rooms. They stayed for one night, the room was clean. The bathroom was a curtain instead of a door. And the walls were not up to the ceiling. Everything was heard in the toilet - it was minus, of course. In general, the rest was fine. There was a pool, looks clean, but we didn't bath. There was a teapot and a refrigerator. The room was crawling with a lizard, presumably because there was a big gap between the entrance door and the chicken.

I stayed here 5 nights, using the hotel as a base for my day excursions to Hai Van Pass, My Son, and Cham Island. I like the location, just outside of the Old Town, so quiet enough, but accessible (by free bicycle); the hotel has free bicycles for guest to use. Otherwise the walk may be a bit far, especially in the heat. The rooms are a good size and good value at this price point. The staff are friendly and helpful; they asked if I wanted to switch to a large bed upon check-in as I had inadvertently booked a twin room. Cleanliness is generally good, nothing wrong with the rooms. I give it a 3 star rating only because there is some algae growth in the swimming pool. But on the upside, the pool is not overly chlorinated. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate; there is an egg station, normally some fried rice/noodles with some stir fried dishes, bacon, sausage, fruit, tea/coffee, bread and some pastries. I would have liked some yoghurt and granola, but that is just me. Currently there is noisy construction work (for what looks like a new wing) going on, which starts early in the morning (7AM) and continues throughout the day. This was not an issue for me as I spent most days out and about, but you should be aware if you are booking this hotel in the next few months. Also, on the issue of noise, there is no soft door closer on the guest room doors, so you can here quite a lot of door slamming by some inconsiderate guests. All in all, if I was to come back to Hoi An, I would stay here again (assuming the construction work is completed).

The room smells so good, very relaxing and impressive. Recommended for everyone. The staff took good care of our family, felt warm. The accommodation is amazing, the shape of the building is cute, beautiful, mixed with the old city. The room is spacious, has a large balcony, near the swimming pool, can see other rooms and the area inside the building, has complete facilities, the air conditioner works well, even though some nights while staying, the air conditioner is not turned on because the outside air is cold. The hair dryer works well, the wind is strong, the water in the bathroom flows well. From the accommodation, you can walk around conveniently, easy to travel, in front of the accommodation there is a massage shop, minimart, restaurant. Breakfast will be selected in advance. We stayed on the 3rd floor, no elevator, but the stairs are good, easy to walk and carry luggage up. When returning, the staff helped call a car to travel to Da Nang, the price of the car is 300,000 VND, which is cheaper than the grab app.

A good hotel, more like a guest house with 10 rooms. The rooms are clean, everything is there. Consists of 2 houses and a swimming pool near them. The location is average. From the old city by taxi for 30-80 dongs through the Indrive app, the Maxim app doesn't really work here, Grab is more expensive. Although we were checked in at 10:00 (there is an early check-in), but an earlier check-in at 7-8:00 was refused and we were asked to pay 300 dongs for 2 hours, that is, half the payment for the whole day. Although out of 10 rooms only 2 were occupied. And we waited for our room on the couch. In short, absolutely not customer-oriented. Upon arrival, morning adventures, at 7:00 in the morning we had to go around the hotel fence several times, since the door was closed, the guests opened it, we were lucky. Then there is no one at the reception, after about 20 minutes only the administrator girl came, although it is written that they work from 6.00. But in fact, she is often not there during the day. Breakfasts are ordered in advance, the choice is either pho bo or an omelet with a bun and ”sausages”, a sausage is 4 small pieces.

The small villa hotel, the environment is very good, you can see the rice fields and the swimming pool, not far from the ancient town, it is very convenient to ride bicycles back and forth. Breakfast is a staple food one day in advance, and there will be a morning lobby like fruit milk. The hotel is very comfortable. Remind friends who go to Hoi An, go to the ancient town without buying a ticket, no use, there is no difference between the inside and the commercial street outside, not as good as outside ~ lotus tea drinking, but beautiful.
