"Beautiful little hotel in a quiet location just a few minutes walk to the night market and old town of Hoi An. The hotel was lovely and clean with all you need for a stay away. Nice little pool if you want to cool down. The staff were all lovely and friendly, with great choice of fabulous food for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. "I wanted to stay at a hotel that felt like Vietnam, but this was a decent place. It's full of things, interiors, deco of food. Quintessence (integrity) behind the reception desk feels like this right away.
There's a river or wetland behind the hotel ... to the nature's rust, and the swans just show up.
The Nguyen Tri Phuong road, which is located in this hotel, is connected to the Old Town west, and there are many delicious and pretty hotels here. It's a beautiful village where local life and tourism coexist.
I would like to ask you to feel the facilities and services here, and when you go over 23 o'clock, the front door is locked, but when you knock, you will open it soon.
Last tip! Please taste the jam that your wife makes. I bought it. It's delicious."

We came as x2 couples but could have very comfortably had a third couple as up stairs there are x3 bedrooms all with their own private shower, toilet and television. There is a 4th bathroom downstairs where you also get a large kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking eating, a big dining room, and living room. The deck is a nice size with a small private pool outside, which has a deep / shallow end.
The place is brand new, modern, clean and for us was a great location. I'd recommend you rent a scooter or car because you are more than a walk away from the beach and old town. Via scooter, you're 3 mins away from the beautiful beach and about 10mins from the old town. There are a couple of good coffee shops just at the main entrance of the villas as you walk out to the right. We only found them the last day and had to rely on Grab delivery some mornings.
The landlady Rocy went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 7-day stay. My gf got food poisoning from some street food and was in major pain one night At 11pm I asked Rocy where to get medicine, and she immediately brought us some without question. She helped us stock the villa with groceries before arrival and got had scooters waiting for us as well which made everything so much easier.
If you and some friends or your bigger family is planning on staying in HoiAn, I highly recommend this rental!

"Although the hotel is not in the center of the old town, it is very close to the ancient town of Hoi An. The hotel provides bicycles free of charge and rides to the ancient town 3.5 km, about 10 minutes, very convenient. Surrounded by a rural environment, the insects are called in the early morning, very comfortable. The boss will ask you in advance what breakfast you want to eat the night before, and prepare for you the next day. My family loves banana pancakes. Before I read the comments, the boss was enthusiastic. After the contact, I really felt that people were very good. I would have basic Chinese. After seeing the child’s face with sunburn, I first consulted one of his doctors and friends, and then asked the boss to go to the city to help me. The sunburned ointment gave us a lot of emotion. Let me talk about the room is large, fresh and clean. So I will never comment, I will definitely like it after experiencing this home."

"Atmospheric villa, you can take beautiful photos. Comfortable soft bed, good blanket and several pillows. There was a little dust on the furniture, but it is not critical, because in general I liked the room. Cleaning is not every day, but once every two days. The noise of bikes is not heard, but sometimes the barking of the neighbor's dog was annoying). Unfortunately, I did not like the pool, very dirty. There is a kitchen in the room, as well as a large common kitchen downstairs, where you can use everything, including a coffee machine. If there is an opportunity, we will come back again. Let's hope that the pool by that time will have clean water). I liked the hotel staff, nice guys. Nearby there is a market, a supermarket and various cafes. "The guesthouse is in a perfect location for a beach holidays and we appreciated the fact that there are a lot of good eateries within walking distance. It is also easy and quick to go to Hoi'an by taxi, around 10 minutes. The guesthouse is older and smaller than what I was expecting but it is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a balcony and we would have liked to have a rack to hang our swimsuits after a day spent at the beach. Our room, located on the third floor, was really quiet and we had no difficulty to sleep. Breakfast is pretty basic but fresh."

GGuest UserAn Bang Beach is excellent! I booked a double room at An Bang Beach Hai An for one night and stayed for 4 nights. My rooms was spacious, clean with many windows allowing for so much natural light and fresh air.
This gem of a place is just one road down from the narrow beach road so a 5 minute scenic walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to the main little beach road that has loads of Trendy restaurants, street food, Soaps, convenient stores, your operators and souvenir shops. It is also only a 1 minute walk to the local morning market. This market sells fresh seafood, vegetables, fruits and some clothes and souvenir, even flowers but it is only open for a couple of hours every morning. It's very close to the hotel but it's a quiet market and a great little place to walk around and explore and enjoy local culture.
If you want to have peace and quiet, be close to locals and tourists, have access to a pool at the entrance and want a pleasant stay at this hotel.
The staff on hand, not sure if they are the owners or not but they are extremely helpful with everything. Very nice all the time!
I really enjoyed my stay and will book again.

We got an absolutely heartwarming welcome from Vicky where she introduced us to all you heed to know about Hoi An. From Restaurants to activities and sights, she got a place for everything!
The rooms are ar super comfortable and clean with good maintained AC's and hot water (and I mean HOT) in the shower.
You can get breakfast and food (freshly cooked) as well as Snacks, water, beer etc. For cheap prices. Also there are bikes available, for free. But you can also rent a scooter for a very reasonable price (120k VND).
Oh Yeah, there even is a Pool! How great is that?
Overall we can highly (!!) recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a Homestay to relax, socialise and just have a good time. ❤️❤️ In fact we stayed 2 days longer and we are writing this review still enjoying this beautiful room.

DDr. NickWe stayed at Hoi An VI Khoa Villa for one night to explore the Hoi An Old Town. We felt at home. The owners are extremely professional, friendly, and nice. The room is large, tidy, and stocked with toiletries for guests. The bed sheet is so soft. The restroom is clean, spacious with rain shower head. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the night market, where you may ride a boat around the canal in the evening. The check-in and check-out process is simple and speedy. We arrived early and were able to deposit our stuff at the counter, go for a walk, and return. They do provide laundry service (50,000 VND per kg). You are immersed amidst lush greenery, rice fields and farms in the everyday life of Vietnam. You are offered free bikes to roam safely to the local restaurants. Basket boats, cooking classes and kayaking are nearby. The property has a somewhat bohemian and VERY peaceful eco feel with thoughtfulness put into every detail. The rooms are clean, cool, spacious and tastefully designed. The pool is perfectly situated for lounging the day away with no plans. The owners are warm, hospitable and sweet humans who want you to have a good experience. I came here solo but imagine that it’s also a perfect place for couples. This was the cherry on top of my trip to Vietnam. You deserve absolute tranquility surrounded by nature and the local life in good hands, just do it!

ธธนิตDream hotel, quiet, just the right size for Hoi An. It's probably 2 km away from Hoi An old town. In the evening, we chose to walk into town to see the way of life of Hoi An people. Until the old city, it's relaxed and the weather is good. I'd like to commend you for managing the old city very well.
Woke up at 8 a.m. and went down to have breakfast, simple, good quality, very good fruit, delicious pho. After finishing, I borrowed a bicycle to ride into town and went to find a place to sit and sip coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. people, tourists

IIvan_BWonderful hotel !! I loved it ! The room is big and very clean! My room had a balcony so it was perfect. The staff is very friendly and adorable. When you arrive Nana gives you advice: places to go, to eat etc. Bicycles are free at the hotel and you can rent a motorbike at the hotel too. The place is perfect, it is only +- 5 minutes from the old town on foot. The beach is close, +- 15 min by bike . The hotel has all the amenities. Cindy helped me book a visit to Hue a day before, a very kind person. I felt at home in this hotel. On the last day I was able to leave my suitcase at the reception and they lent me the bicycle (my flight was at night). 100% recommendable... I will book here again. Thank

AAnonymous UserFirstly think this homestay is good , at good location yet still clean and spacious. Just bathrooms cleanliness may can be cleaner. But end up same as some earlier comments which is abit dishonest,that we get tricked to a very high laundry price 6 times more than market rate.we thought it’s 17k/kg when we asked as this is the market rate , end up we got charged 70k/kg and weight seems heavier as a medium bag, end up paid ~350k higher than my luggage fees just for the laundry. Will also keep asking you for other service like spa or transport
With plenty restaurants nearby but it’s at night market side still need cross the river to main tourists spot, it’s abit difficult to walk cross during raining day. Restaurants madam lau near to it is good
