Haven Plaza, has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Firstly, Trip has a responsibility to make customers aware that this hotel has "NO WINDOWS!" On many days I would wake up, not knowing the time of day, if my alarm never went off... Furthermore, the hotel is old and no way near a 4-star, 3 max if I am being kind! Anyways here is my summary and please only come here if you are desperate and maybe coming for a night or two. Lastly, very dead atmosphere and vibe. Hotel owners need to really step up their game: Bad: * Hotel entrance looks nothing like advertised. * No sound proofed rooms. Hear every conversation and footstep. * Majority of the staff look miserable and never smile. Not very accommodating or friendly. * Hotel vibe is dead. I don't think anyone comes here for a reason! * Broken AC in my room, made freaky noises. Took two days for someone to come and fix and then he made it super cold! * Outdated décor in rooms and chips and dents on all furniture. * Mouldy and old tiles in bathroom. * Broken toilet flush. * Broken switch , leaky water from sink, always had to use towels to dry. * No plug inside the shower, despite highlighting this to a member of staff, (Disgusting having to shower looking into that) * Super tight showering facility, can hardly move! * Breakfast is basic and for the price unacceptable. * Broken fitness centre of like 2 or three machines! Why advertise it? * No weighting scale for suitcases. * Location is not great either. Good: * It is safe Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I like this hotel, very clean and with a good breakfast and location. Good value for money in Jeddah

Not clean hotel, you have to ask them several times to clean hotel. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use again

How can Trip force me in a prison? Shame on you — there were no windows!!! That those rooms exist, I understand. That Trip does not make it c’ear is entrapment. I want my money back!! And I’m sure the guy lied to me. He said they were fully booked, but that the next day they’d call me to change. They never did. He was giving me a room for two, but I said I’m alone. He gave me a room with only one towel; how could I have showed up for a room for 2 and get only one towel. Obviously there was another room available. Also: amongst the worse service ever received in my life!!! (I’m a senior who has travelled to approximately 80 countries in 60 years). They obviously have NO training in customer care. It is appalling. Having just left them, I don’t have the energy for details.

The perfect stay. For that price and that location it’s already worth it. The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues. I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.

The hotel is different from what was mentioned in your site. It is not 4 star hotel. It is 2+

Very good location at Olaya Street! The rooms need to get renovated and cleaning of the room was not done every day, eventhough we requested. Also we only had one big towel, but we were two people in a double room.

I really don't want to rate it. I changed three rooms and there was a lot of noise 😂 affecting the quality of sleep

The location of the hotel is quite good. The overall environment of the hotel is relatively old. The breakfast is OK. If you have high requirements for the environment, you will be disappointed.

Very bad, very bad. It's been under renovation and there's no breakfast. The wifi is very bad. It affects my work. It's too bad for the hotel I booked this time. Speechless

The sanitation is good and the room is big enough. The breakfast is not bad. The sanitation is basically not actively cleaned, which is basically the case in Saudi Arabia, unless it is a five-star hotel. Other things are OK.

The attached breakfast space is nice and comfortable

The room is a bit old and must be a few years old. I don't know if it's because of renovation or something, but there is always noise from construction during the day, which is quite noisy. The breakfast is average, just enough to fill you up, but there is no fruit.
