Holiday Inn Reading - West Reviews

We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it. Breakfast was excellent.

Excellent quality hotel! Staff were so attentive & the whole hotel is immaculate. Would definitely stay again

Very comfortable overnight stay after family party.

The room was great and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was dinner. It was really bad. The steak was tough and full of tendons, and the curry was like soup.
