I think this is the best hotel for biz solo travelers. 1. It has a proper work table with a comfortable chair. Very suitable for online meetings. 2. On the 1st floor, there are a gym and a self-laundry room. Working out and doing laundry are super important and most hotels do not really put it into consideration. 3.The bed and toilet are both clean and comfortable. 4. Staff are very polite and helpful. 5. However, the breakfast has very limited choices and the dishes are not so well-seasoned.

I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel. A complimentary breakfast was provided, and I was attended to by Anwar and Andika during breakfast and check-out. Their hospitality and service were exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located directly in front of a TransJakarta station, with a wide variety of eateries and shops nearby. Overall, it was a highly satisfying experience.

Amazing front desk, super helpful and polite staff. Good room for short stay. Convenient location 5min ride to Manggarai train station where you can get Airport rail to airport. The only downside was very flat pillows which were uncomfortable.

Great to stay

Had an amazing experience at Holiday Matraman Inn! The highlight was definitely the restaurant. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Amanda provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed.

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. Good customer service and the food was excellent! The price was affordable.

The staff especially in Reception and security guards are awesome and made my stay more convenient and comfortable. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Friends were telling me that location was an issue but I didn’t find it a hassle cos I could just hop on Grab to go anywhere. When I arrived I was greeted by the guard and the front desk personnel. Unfortunately I didn’t remember their names but they were the nicest people I’ve ever met in Jakarta. Hotel room was great although there were issues with the AC, the night duty personnel was quick to resolve the issue by giving me another room. I didn’t even have to go to the lobby to get this arranged. The staff came up and gave me a card to another room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they didn’t refill the food in a timely manner but I wasn’t too worried cos I could just order food from somewhere else. I did feedback to them about the breakfast and the duty manager was quick to compensate me with a later check out on my next visit. I didn’t expect this but it was good to know that they care for their guests. Overall, the hotel did a great job. It was beyond my expectation. I would come back to this place again!

It's located at the center of Jakarta, convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast is Indonesian's style.

Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

Very satisfy with Wifi Speed, great room for take a rest, also provide amenities that we need.

Cozy & comfortable room. Toilet was clean. Food were good. Location also not far from tourist spot. Overall 5/5.
