"My trip to Quzhou this time made me an absolute fan of this Atour Hotel! Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the natural wood and scholarly ambiance. The hot tea offered by the staff immediately chased away my travel fatigue, earning them full marks from the start. The room was immaculately clean with no strange odors. The Plant brand mattress and soft bedding were perfect for someone like me who's particular about beds, and with the excellent soundproofing, a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The orchid-scented toiletries in the bathroom were pleasant, the hot water was consistent, and you could feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. The location couldn't be better. It's a 15-minute walk to the high-speed train station, and Wanda Plaza is just a ten-minute walk away. There are also tons of Quzhou snack shops nearby, making it super convenient for finding food and shopping. For breakfast, you can enjoy local specialties like Quzhou拌粉 (mixed noodles) and Changshan Gongmian (tribute noodles). Plus, there's a free late-night congee service at 9:30 PM, which is both warming and comforting. What truly impressed me was the service. From proactively arranging a quiet room at check-in to the laundry staff helping to return my washed and dried clothes, it was exceptional."

"Aside from the inconsistent, not-so-hot hot water in the shower, this hotel scored 120 points. I've stayed in hotels higher up the list, but the service here is truly top-notch. For example, when our car arrived at the hotel entrance, two waiters greeted us. Once we got to the lobby, another staff member escorted us to our room. The Chinese restaurant staff, understanding we were in a hurry for a concert and couldn't accommodate a wedding reception, contacted the Western restaurant to open the buffet half an hour early. The buffet chef was also very helpful. When the room needed supplies, they delivered them promptly. The room layout was also very well-designed. Highly recommended."

"At around 3pm when we checked in, the speakers outside woke up our children who were just about to fall asleep. At 8am the next morning, the speakers woke up both of us. We are here for vacation, not for work. Why did you wake us up at 8am? What does your opening event have to do with us? I paid to come here for a relaxing holiday. I finally got a holiday and wanted to sleep in. There were only a few things for breakfast. Why did you open the business without preparing them? The experience was really bad."

"There are huge safety hazards in the hotel! I stayed with my family during May Day, and the lamp plug in the room was completely broken. When the power was turned on, a short circuit occurred in the socket, and my whole hand turned black. I was shocked. Then I found a front desk clerk and arranged for an electrician to restore the power supply, but no one else took care of it. After two communications, they said they wanted compensation, but it has been more than 10 days now with no contact. The hotel's service attitude, especially after a problem occurs, is unacceptable to customers. At the same time, it does not care about equipment with potential electricity hazards. This kind of hotel is really not recommended."

"A very recommended B&B. The owner and service staff were very nice. Since we were going to see the New Year's Eve, the B&B specially prepared some cosmetic props such as big bucks, sequins, stickers, etc. We also prepared milk and sandwiches, which made us hungry. The big problem was solved at that time; the boss specially drove us back and forth, and we got in the car as soon as we left the venue for the first time! When we arrived at the B&B, we had a midnight snack (local duck heads and porridge). The boss also set off fireworks and made snow at the door! Auntie's scones for breakfast are delicious! Basically, there is no need to go to the market in the city to eat snacks, the breakfast here is very special. Yudong Village next to it is great for shopping and filming. I highly recommend this B&B!"

The shower faucet in the bathroom cannot be switched; you can only use the one on top, which is inconvenient. Also, the floor is always wet after showering. Watching the birds circling the rooftop was refreshing. The bathtub was stocked with bath salts, and the welcome fruit was fresh. This is a hotel that truly cares about its customers. The front desk was polite and efficient, and check-in was quick. Our housekeeper, Susu, was very helpful and helpful, providing information about nearby attractions. Their sincerity was palpable.
