This hotel is super convenient for business trips, especially since it's so close to my clients. It offers great value for money and the rooms are really spacious. Definitely a good choice! I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, being situated close to the train station, which made commuting easy and accessible. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The facilities are new, with self-service laundry facilities and a gym. The hotel lobby is designed with inspiration from the Longyou Grottoes scenic area. The management staff provides excellent service, and the hotel is very close to all the scenic spots.

This 20-day road trip took me through Jinhua, Shaoxing, Tonglu, Qiandao Lake, Huangshan, and Quzhou and its four counties (cities). The worst experience I had was at Jiangshan Yixi Hotel. I had already paid for two nights, but they refunded me for one night immediately upon check-in. I've stayed at hotels with river views along the way, some good, like Tonglu Junyue, Longyou Tianyuan Mingyue, and Changshan Dongfang Plaza. But Yixi Hotel was a complete rip-off. I won't go into detail about the river-view twin room I booked; see the photos. Even worse was the hotel's front desk staff—they were indifferent and utterly rude.

The hotel has a good location and good environment and facilities. It is convenient to go out for sightseeing and tasting delicious food. Across the street are the internet-famous snack shops Yang Aizhen and Wang Agai, as well as the Longyou Steamed Cake Street. The service in particular deserves three praises. When I checked in at the hotel during the National Day holiday, there was no meal when I made the reservation, so I asked the front desk about the nearby breakfast shop. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced it and directly delivered four breakfasts, which deserves the first praise. After dinner in the evening, I took a walk around the Da Nanmen Historical and Cultural District and returned to the hotel. As I was tired from driving, I planned to rest early. However, the TV in the next room was quite loud, so I asked the hotel front desk to help convey my request to lower the volume or turn off the TV. Soon the TV volume turned down and then turned off after a while. There was no sound all night (I learned the next day that it was an elderly guest who was not sensitive to sound and it was unintentional. Thank you for his or her understanding). This is the second like. The next day, when we were about to leave the hotel after having dinner there, a gentleman manager prepared two whole pieces of homemade steamed cakes for us, to apologize and compensate for the TV noise issue last night. It was really flattering and this is the third thumbs up. We are very touched by the hotel's timely response to guests' needs and its sincere attitude of not being perfunctory or shirking responsibilities. We hope that the hotel will continue to maintain this kind of service and improve the sound insulation of the rooms as much as possible. Overall, this Atour Hotel is in the upper-middle tier. The breakfast was quite satisfying and memorable, and the rooms were fairly spacious. I checked in on a Monday night, and there were plenty of parking spaces. They also offer late-night congee. I stayed here after visiting Mount Sanqing, and then explored Quzhou the next day before heading back to Shanghai.

I chose Jianglangshan Huajiantang during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday and booked the room a week in advance. During this period, the little flower girl at the front desk took the trouble to communicate the room details and helped upgrade the room type. It took more than 3 hours to drive to Hangzhou. I felt inexplicably relaxed when I saw the hotel located among the tea fields and integrated with the natural environment. The fatigue of the rush was swept away. The surrounding attractions are not far away by car. This trip lasted three days and two nights. The whole family was very happy and satisfied with the trip. Although the sky was not beautiful and it rained continuously for the next two days, I felt like home every time I returned to the room. On the last day of the itinerary, I planned to go to Jianglang Mountain, but the heavy rain did not make it possible. This somehow created the opportunity to come back next time.

Checking out is a bit embarrassing 😅 I got up in the morning for a meeting and stayed there until about 11 a.m. before going down to check out. A group of people below are checking in, but there are no rooms left. The front desk got impatient and checked the room and found that someone had come up to clean the room before I checked out. I was just lining up to check out when I heard... I thought to myself that even if I really didn't withdraw, you can't do this at this time. I can only say that management needs to be improved~

The stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel's hygiene was in place. The room was spacious and bright, the dry and wet were separated, and the bathroom was stable for 24 hours. The front desk staff was gentle, the check-in speed was fast, and the demand was responded promptly. The location is excellent, it is very convenient to go out to take a taxi and forage. The night environment is quiet and not noisy. The supporting facilities are well maintained and affordable. It is suitable for both travel and business trips. I really recommend it to everyone.

The front desk service of the hotel is very good, and a small gift is also sent. Breakfast is shared with a five-star hotel. The sanitary environment of the room is also OK. The overall feeling is relatively new. Basically come to this place if you are on a business trip.
