位置真的很好就在開元寺西塔底下，樓頂就可看到半截，邊上教堂⛪，出門就是西街，小白招手即停，可以去古城各個景點，但是如果腳力不錯，高峯期walk比小白效率更高。
房間床比較大，6箇中等大人沒問題，但是衞生間比較糟糕，很狹窄，外間的衞生間甚至無法坐直身體如廁，淋浴房水比較小，且浴霸不熱，反饋後還是一樣，還有一股味道。裏面的衞生間淋浴是那種敞開式的，浴簾也沒的那種。那個帶縫紉機的客廳是開放的，人出去門甚至無法上鎖，其實是兩個房間的公共區域而已，並非一個獨立套房。
服務很貼心，反饋問題也及時迴應維修但沒有解決，阿姨人也很好，喜歡動物的他家有一衹特別乖巧可愛的貓咪，總之，如實嘮叨了，如果衞生間條件進行改善，下次還會入住。

就在西街和新華北路路口的巷子裏，很容易找到。自家民宿，管家微信對接很方便，主人家也很熱情。晚上也不會吵，在西街附近逛完回民宿休息很方便。房間的暖氣和衞生間的暖氣都有提供。

自駕遊玩泉州古城區，想着省點精力體力，就找了這家開元寺附近的民宿，汽車停在民宿旁邊的菜場停車場，走到民宿也非常方便，而且菜場附近的早飯店很好吃。民宿前台小姐姐對小朋友温温柔柔很有耐心，小朋友非常喜歡她，走了還在依依不捨。在等待打掃房間時我們先去遊玩了，還幫我們把行李都提到房間，一家人住家庭陽光房挺方便的。

距離：離西街主街和開元寺都衹需要三分鐘路程，很近，吃飯挺方便
設施：設施很新，簡約大方有品質
衞生：無可挑剔，乾淨整潔，佈局合理，出門露台有洗衣機和烘乾機，很方便
景觀：窗户很大，可以直接看到雙塔！早上也可以在房間看到日出，出門就是超大頂樓露台！店家養了很多花，下午在這躺着好安逸，樓下的貓咪偶爾也會來露台玩～
服務：店家細緻周到，幫忙推薦路線和美食，超有耐心～
