Although it is a Ctrip OTA reservation, the free mini bar and welcome fruit, as well as the room type upgrade according to the room status, are basically the same as IHG high-card members. When checking out, I asked the front desk if I could leave a room card as a souvenir. The front desk said that it would be charged, which was a bit shocking. I have never encountered room card charges in China. Instead, the front desk will take out several room cards with different patterns to choose from. "The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They assisted me when checking in and even showed me to the room. The room was far with some turns that got me confused. I think it would be nice if they had more directions guiding one to the elevator. The hotel was in a very good area. I got lost trying to locate it at first because it’s tucked between an apartment building and the Macdonald but was ok after. The breakfast is a bit limited though. They even have little snacks in the room mini fridge for free but I was a little disappointed that I got no coffee in the room. I’d definitely recommend."
