酒店的位置比較好，交通便捷，邊上（往西走）就是關帝廟和清凈寺，周邊都是小吃較集中的街如温陵美食街、塗門街，去西街及開元寺也近。酒店的入口比較窄，整體結構感覺比較舊式，是瘦長型的，不高才幾層高。已預約無煙房，訂了兩個房間，進萬有煙味，換了間房也效果不佳。早餐還是有泉州特色的，菜品較多，人也不少。
