老闆人特別好，特別熱心腸，打電話就會馬上來門口接還幫忙搬行李，知道我要去學校還貼心幫我拿行李過不太好拉的地方並且給我指路，房間一個人住真的非常舒服，廁所配備一次性馬桶墊，晚上也很安靜聽不到隔壁的聲音，總之就是這個價位裏最好的了！真的非常推薦

在開學時候，華大附近可以説所有酒店 民宿都漲價離譜的時候我定到了沒漲價的，是最大的優點了。另外，確實很安靜，離學生街確實也近，走路去學校也是還好的。隔音也還好，也沒人吵鬧啊什麼。
但是剛進去房間有潮味。廁所衞生很好，房間裏該有的東西也基本都有了。
但是床附近一直有一些小蟲子，然後有一衹大蜘蛛偶爾出沒，走之前我想用下杯子，一看，是黴菌還是什麼的黑黑的很多。
老闆微信回覆速度快。但衞生細節上再多注意吧。

！房東超級無敵熱情，周圍就是學生街，吃玩很方便，房東還會給我們外地人介紹旅遊景點之類的，是一次非常非常好的住宿體驗！（因為忘記拍照房間了，就拿給大家看一衹在學生街非常可愛大衹的汪星人）

房間味道刺鼻，建議弄點橘子皮啥的清新劑，而不是噴那麼重的香水，薰的一晚上沒怎麼睡，被套啥的還是弄白色吧，不然真不知道洗沒洗，還有冬天居然沒有熱空調

房間風格是個女孩子都會喜歡吧，不管是牆壁和窗簾的顏色，還是簡約又清新的風格，最基本的乾淨做的到位，衞生間非常清香。很喜歡它的小院子，裡外都有，外面還有火龍果樹，植物打理的很好。相信每一位旅客都會收穫意外的驚喜。老闆很棒！具體如何，自己入住體會吧！
