I was drawn in by the great reviews of this place so decided to book it for our trip to Quanzhou - so the plus is that the location is indeed central, and if you are a solo traveller or a couple the room is definitely big enough for you.
We booked the Loft family room and found it a little cramped as there isn't seating like a sofa or anything, just a desk and a chair. The toilet design was also a little odd as the door is a glass door with just a short swathe of frosting/decal to cover the midsection. Again, OK if you are alone or a couple but otherwise just weird.
Staff were responsive if you could get hold of them, the cleaning was sporadic in that it wasn't very thorough and sometimes things weren't replenished.
Note that the location of the hotel is in an alleyway, not accessible by car. You have to drag your luggage on a cobbled street for almost 100m or so to get to the main entrance.

This is a very unique homestay hotel. It has everything we need. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful too. It is nearby to some local restaurants which also not far away from walking to the main road.
I t just that the distance is more to the east and may need to take some time to walk to the west street.

The location of the B&B is very convenient. It is in the residential area of the ancient city and is within walking distance to the West Street Bell Tower. There are also many restaurants and snacks nearby. The decoration atmosphere and garden of the B&B are very stylish. I will stay in this B&B again next time I come to Quanzhou.

The yard is very beautiful. The two-bedroom room chosen by a family of four is just right. The room is spacious and has a small patio. It is also very comfortable on rainy days. As soon as we entered the courtyard, we were greeted by the fragrance of flowers. We asked the owner and he told us that it was the scent of windmill jasmine and honeysuckle. No wonder it was so refreshing and beautiful! And the roses climbing all over the wall are so beautiful!
When we first came to Quanzhou, we didn’t make many travel plans, but thanks to the recommendations from our boss, we were able to check in and taste all the food and attractions, which were really great.
