入住體驗非常愉快。前台接待服務員態度友善，辦理入住順利。酒店位置非常便利，靠近西街、開元寺和鐘樓，吃喝逛街都很方便。步行約5分鐘即可到達對面的麥當勞和其他早餐店。乘坐小白公車（每程2元，僅限市區景點）也能輕鬆抵達各大景點。因為正值淡季，中國閩台博物館可以直接在現場機器預約，參觀體驗也不錯。酒店還提供洗衣設施，對自由行旅客特別實用。整體來説性價比高，環境舒適，感到非常滿意，會推薦給朋友。

第一次入住，開始詩衝著老品牌去入住的，沒想到體驗感很差，房間內電話竟然不能打總枱，完全失靈，要一雙拖鞋機器人送了幾趟都沒有來因電話故障沒拿到，打電話給前台反饋服務態度不好，口氣生硬不耐煩，作為服務行業覺得需要改進，要讓客户有賓至如歸的感覺！
