The hotel is very new and has all the necessary facilities! The front desk was very friendly and helpful! They even upgraded my room! The breakfast was very varied and the rooms were clean and tidy. Very nice!

The room was very comfortable overall. It was an unexpected surprise to choose Hotel Z. Although it is a little far from West Street, it is not too far away. It has a high cost-effectiveness and includes breakfast. The room is large, comfortable, clean and tidy. The service is excellent. The front desk lady, Kiki, is very enthusiastic and provides good service. I would like to give her a special compliment here, N i ce!

I'd definitely stay here again! Service: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in. They patiently answered any questions I had, making for a very welcoming and welcoming experience.

The value for money is excellent for the tourist season, and the rooms are spacious. However, I'm complaining about the elevator corridor and interior, which seem like they haven't been renovated, and the signs aren't clear. There was no parking available upon check-in, and I spent an hour searching for it, ultimately having to park on the roadside. I'm not sure if it was a ticket or a warning. It's incredibly unfriendly to those who drive. There were no parking spaces if I arrived later (and it's strange that the hotel doesn't have its own parking). The front desk requires a card to enter the elevator, which was frustrating enough trying to find a parking spot. Then, I couldn't open the door upstairs, so I had to come back down again. Upon check-out, they didn't ask much about my stay the previous day; at least a simple greeting would warm someone's heart. Better management. I wish you good business.

We extended our stay for another night because of the service, the ambiance, and the typhoon. I've only stayed at holiday inns abroad, but I wasn't expecting the sanitation and amenities in China to be so good! It was my first time staying at a hotel and I was hooked on a product! I love the scent of Tresemmé hand soap! I thought they only had shampoo and conditioner options. The hair dryer has incredible power!!! It blew through my thick, wiry hair super fast! The toilet even had disinfectant! It really hit the spot! They were so considerate and attentive during the typhoon, and they always greeted me with a smile when I left and came in! It was truly wonderful, and every staff member was so kind! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Quanzhou. It's only about 20 yuan from the airport—highly recommended!
