The service was excellent, and compared to other hotels in the area, it offered fantastic value for money. The room far exceeded my expectations, and its proximity to the Old Town made sightseeing incredibly convenient.

The room was very new and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A major plus was the washing machine available on the first floor for spin-drying clothes, along with a dedicated space for hanging laundry. The location was also excellent, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby.

Free parking is available. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spotlessly clean and felt very new. The facilities were fully equipped, and the service was very thoughtful. The price was affordable, offering excellent value for money. It was quiet, so I had a great night's sleep.
Public transportation nearby is very convenient. It's not far from attractions like Xijie, Kaiyuan Temple, and Qingyuan Mountain, all easily accessible by bus. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity, making everything very convenient. Highly recommended!

I came for a concert and took the opportunity to explore and enjoy local food. This place is compact but well-equipped. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. Transportation is incredibly convenient: there's a bus stop right downstairs, it's easy to hail a taxi, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it's not far from the Old Town's attractions.

My friends and I visited Quanzhou and were pleasantly surprised by how amazing this apartment was! It was spotlessly clean, very quiet at night, and we slept incredibly well. The young lady at the front desk was also incredibly warm and helpful. Even in heavy rain, she went out of her way to help us find a parking space and ensure our car was properly parked. After we checked out, the hotel called my friend to say that a bracelet had been left in the room. They immediately arranged to courier it back to our home. We are truly so grateful for their service! 🙏 This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Quanzhou in the future. Many thanks again to Boyuexin Apartment! 🙏👍

We were on a road trip and didn't arrive until past 9 AM. The staff member was very attentive and helped us with parking arrangements. The room was newly renovated, very clean, and quite spacious. The TV worked great too, and the bathroom was also very clean. A comfortable stay! The location is superb: it's within walking distance of Quanzhou Ancient City and West Street, yet it avoids the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood, offering a wide array of breakfast spots, late-night eateries, and various restaurants.

Overall, pretty good. It might be newly opened.
Facilities: Very new and modern.
Cleanliness: Also quite clean.
Location: Plenty of bus stops nearby, which is convenient since Quanzhou doesn't have a subway system.
Service: Just okay. I stayed for three days, but on the second day, I had to specifically ask the front desk to empty the trash. They also didn't replenish the shampoo. Additionally, there's construction noise starting even before 8 AM. If you're an early riser, this might not bother you.
