這家酒店是新開的 早餐品種很豐富 設施中規中矩 但是前台有位叫Ann的工作人員 態度很好 服務貼心 熱心幫我們介紹遊玩的景點 離開時幫我們送出酒店 還送孩子一個小禮物 讓人覺得非常周到

憑心而論該酒店無論是硬件還是軟件以及人為的服務均出乎意料，一個字：贊👍！比如：迎客幫助拿取行李；微笑接待登記且細緻入微地介紹酒店的概況及房間設施……儘管衹住兩晚但房間的便捷使用確實無話可挑剔，另外温馨；潔靜讓第一次的選擇感覺值了。最想説的是該酒店的自助早餐：品種豐富精華；服務員態度熱情到位；大堂經理們都會在早餐峯值時幫助服務挺讓客人感慨，亦會讓客人流連忘返……

準備遊玩兩天泉州 ，看了好幾天酒店最後選的悦華，整體酒店很乾凈，這不得很舒服，前台Visan也很貼心給了旅遊攻略， 屋裡的“泉州”更是出彩，以後如果還有機會看還會選擇這裏

24年的新酒店，酒店位於市政府周邊，給人無盡的安全感，酒店裝修很新穎，設計感十足，品味好，品質感強，很有質感。服務很好，從下車就有人開門拿行李，一路送上房間.前台工作人員熱情高效辦理入住手續，Visan還準備了旅遊攻略，介紹酒店各項設施，有需求的時候迴應非常及時。房間很大，乾濕分離，有浴缸，房間佈置温馨雅緻，裝修細節盡顯品質，每一處軟裝搭配都恰到好處，盡顯高雅格調,特別驚艷的是床上用品，超級舒服，晚上休息的很好。，房間裏有歡迎水果和零食。房間有個小陽台，天氣好的時候海天一色，別提多愜意了。房間的隔音很不錯，搭配超絕床品，晚上配備了泡腳桶，解除旅途疲乏,一夜好眠，健身器材很全，有瑜伽室，甚至有全套普拉提設備。有星空頂泳池，還有西餐廳，中餐廳，大堂吧，出品都非常的不錯.早餐有眾多當地特色，琳琅滿目令人滿心歡喜，吃了3天一點也不覺膩。其他餐廳也是廚師都很用心口味一級棒，
酒店地下地面都有停車場，酒店的硬件和軟件，是值得好評的。有機會還會選擇入住的呦。

入住泉州東海悦華酒店的體驗堪稱完美！從踏入大堂的那一刻，就能感受到工作人員的熱情，從前台辦理入住時的耐心解答，到客房服務的貼心問候，全程都讓人倍感温暖。最讓我感動的是退房後才發現把充電寶落在房間，原本以為找不回來了，沒想到酒店Visan主動聯繫我，不僅細心保管，還第一時間幫我把充電寶寄了過來，這種負責又暖心的服務真的超讚！房間整潔舒適，設施齊全，位置也很便利。強烈推薦給大家，入住這裏絕對不會失望！
