老闆非常熱情，民宿深居巷中找不到，親自出來接👍房間非常古樸，純老式的院落民居改造，院子設計的很漂亮，房間由於受原有格局的影響比較小，箱子勉強在角落可以展開，洗漱設施比較簡約，房屋由於是傳統建築，牆皆為木板且有縫隙，隔音基本沒有，重在感受古時人們的生活吧！但地理位置是絕佳的，摸清小路後，小巷子出去就是西街和開元寺！過年期間就不談性價比了，看西街上烏央央的人，有這樣的住處已經很可以了😌

1. 過敏人士不友好
入住期間，民宿內飼養的貓在院子及衞生間內自由活動，導致貓毛大量散佈，甚至污染了提供的毛巾。作為過敏體質的客人，我在使用沾染貓毛的毛巾後，面部出現嚴重過敏反應，對我的健康造成直接影響。民宿未事先告知寵物情況，且未採取有效措施隔離寵物與客房區域，違反了對特殊需求客人的基本保障義務。
2. 衞生問題嚴重
房間內驚現超大號蟑螂，抽屜內更有大量蟑螂殘骸，衞生狀況令人極度不適。此類衞生問題不僅嚴重侵犯了消費者的住宿權益，更可能引發衞生安全隱患，對入住者健康構成潛在威脅。
3. 設施老舊、隔音效果極差
民宿院落排水系統存在問題，降雨時積水嚴重，影響正常通行與安全。房間空間狹小，無法容納正常打開的行李箱，且未配備基本的晾衣設施，嚴重影響居住便利性。衞生間設計不合理，無淋浴隔斷，淋浴時水花濺至馬桶，洗浴後需自行清理馬桶上的積水，且提供的紙巾質量極差，遇水即爛，無法滿足基本使用需求。以上設施條件與描述嚴重不符，極大地降低了住宿體驗。
4. 服務意識欠缺
在某日晚間23點，我返回民宿時發現外門被反鎖，無法進入。緊急聯繫民宿老闆多次，均未能取得聯繫。最終，一名態度惡劣的陌生男子出面開門，對我方晚歸表示無理指責。此事件反映出民宿管理混亂，應急服務缺失，且工作人員對待客人的態度極其不專業。

位置好出去就是西街就能吃上泉州的美味小吃，老闆娘很熱情衞生非常乾淨，房間多有窗户院子非常美麗晚上睡覺鬧中取靜是我喜歡的中國風古香古色推薦一下。

看了挺久評價才定的。院子非常舒服。房間也很乾凈。感覺作為民宿這個水平挺好了哦。本來想續住的。沒有房衹能住一晚。本來以為有小貓。來了之後才知道小貓沒了。傷心。下次有機會會再來這裏住！

幫父母預訂的酒店，設施都比較齊全，就是雙人間房間太小了，行李箱都很難打開，大床房的房型還可以，位置很好，就在西街這裏，他們步行就可以到一些景區，小院整體裝修比較古樸還是不錯的
