They said in a very bad tone, "Okay, I'll bring it up later." I said as soon as possible, and the front desk got annoyed and said, "Okay, I'll bring it up right away," and then hung up. Let me say one more thing, I think I left my facial cleanser at the hotel, but the hotel never called to inform the customer.
