Overall the place is clean and is more like a flat that you are sharing with others. I was quiet surprised to find out that I have to pay a difference because the room I booked was not available(apparently beacuse the bunk bed was broken) ,I had to text the landlord she didn't tell me at the beginning and I found that really disappointing. I ended up taking the room and paying the difference because it was to late for me to find another place. Around 4 am I was woke up by two guys that were staying in the room next to mine (they were trying to move the tend of my room and trying to see if the was someone inside) and I couldn't sleep good after that Sadly a bad experience The flat is in a group of buildings 20 min walk from east station ,you have to text the landlord every time you are going in and out.

The room is comfortable but the rental on Trip is not good, we had a lot of trouble finding the room.

It feels good. You can feel at home as soon as you enter the door. It is very comfortable and you can sleep well. I just want a place to stay. I am quite satisfied. The floor is very clean and there is no peculiar smell.

It's a bit bad. There is no one to greet you. You have to find a room by yourself. There is no disposable toothbrush, just a toothbrush that has been used by others. There are several rooms in one house and they are rented out on a daily basis. It is a bit outrageous. It should be the owner. Let's live there, the bed is a bit dirty, but the price is a bit outrageous

It feels pretty good, the price is cheap, it's very close to Nanning East Station, the community is very quiet, not crowded, and it's only a five-minute walk away. It feels like I'm back in my school days sleeping on bunk beds with my classmates. There is toilet, hot water for showering, and disposable supplies. The boss is also very nice and patiently guides me how to get there. Satisfied

Go from the high-speed rail station. Use Baidu navigation to get to the community and call the boss to tell him that it is on the 8th floor next to a convenience store. I was catching the 6:40 high-speed train in the morning, and the boss helped pick me up. The service was very good.

Overall it is very good, all aspects of the work are very good, the boss is very nice, the environment is quiet and not noisy, and the service capabilities are in place.
