"international hotel" Would be great to have a basic English speaking receptionist to help clients. Otherwise I was given a room at 28th floor. They made building work at 29th floor, so I couldn't sleep in early morning. I was happy to leave this place that has nothing to see with international standing. However the room was clean and comfortable.
