Family Friendly Hotels in Qingyuan

It is my first time staying at Qingyuan International Hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, the surrounding environment is beautiful, the staff is friendly, especially Ms. Xie Yanling at the front desk, who is friendly and kind. My family and I will come to Qingyuan next month and will definitely patronize again.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. My family and I stayed here for two days (1 night) in early November. The whole experience was fantastic. Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite. The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful. The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout. All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps. I particularly want to thanks: Our restaurant host, 蔡泽旋 黄洁仪 (Bobo), who spoke excellent English and was very friendly to the children. We originally booked this hotel (about 20 minutes drive) in order to climb Bijia Mountain during the May Day holiday. As a result, the children were deeply attracted by the outdoor swimming pool here. The play facilities in Bijia Mountain were no longer attractive. After climbing the mountain in a hurry, we rushed back to the hotel to play in the swimming pool. We played there from day to night without getting tired of it. This hotel also has a squirrel tribe, which is like a small zoo. There are groundhogs, squirrels, rabbits, pigeons, etc. that became popular because of ”Nezha”. There is also a very high-end and luxurious cinema. The room we booked included movie tickets. I thought it was just a casual movie. I was shocked. There are 7 halls in total. The hall we watched was actually a couple's hall (I couldn't help taking pictures 👇🏻). There are many green areas in the hotel and the surrounding area (it is really a veritable garden hotel). The hotel is free to play in the swimming pool, table tennis and billiards. The children are very happy and the service is good 👍 In order to avoid the peak climbing of Bijia Mountain, we checked out after breakfast, but the children still wanted to play in the swimming pool. The front desk clerk said that you can't play in the swimming pool after checking out because you have to use the room card to enter. The front desk clerk found the hotel manager and said that you can say hello to him and the swimming pool after climbing the mountain 👍 It is very humane and considerate. The children had a lot of fun and said they would go again next time. Next time, I will invite more families to go together. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is quite large, and it would be more perfect if there were entertainment facilities such as a slide in the swimming pool.

The environment and facilities of the hotel are unexpectedly pleasing. There are many plants that have never been seen before, and the garden design is very thoughtful. I especially like the pink beach and swings under the trees on the big lawn. It is very photogenic, and the children also like to play on the lawn. There are many choices of hot springs in the public area. The service staff will pour water for the guests, remind everyone to drink water when soaking in the hot springs, and also deliver bath towels. The private hot spring pool in the room is also great. It is also very comfortable and relaxing for the children to soak alone after sleeping. This trip was a bit rushed, and I look forward to staying for two days next time.

Facilities: Swimming pool, public hot spring, both are good, especially public hot spring, which requires reservation. You can go in with your family without being embarrassed to see others, but you have to wait. Hygiene: There are a lot of mosquitoes in the village, as well as cockroaches and centipedes! It scared me to death Environment: Overall, it is good! The flowers, plants and trees all show the design Service: I don't know who is the store manager or the boss, anyway, they are very enthusiastic, the service is also very good, and it meets my needs.

Environment: Quiet, strolling on the road of the resort, listening to the sound of birds, really have the feeling of birds and flowers. Room: large and clean, very comfortable, with a small garden, mountains and water for viewing, it is a good place for leisure and daze.

Beautiful mountains and clear waters, fresh air! The room is clean and comfortable! Behind is Bijia Mountain, ten kilometers is Gulong Gorge! Convenient and fast, the farmhouse food is natural! It is a good place for vacation!

Brought the kids here for their birthday. The facilities here are really complete, including barbecue, KTV, mahjong, and swimming pool. The water quality is very good, the sanitary environment is also good, and the hotel staff is very friendly and easy-going. 👍Choose the tatami room directly from the parent-child room and the tatami room. It is really the right choice. The experience is perfect💯

Best resort I’ve stayed at so far in Qingyuan, really enjoyed their personal driver services bringing us to and fro directly from our room to facilities like the farm nearby and the restaurant where we had breakfast. There was never a lack of hospitality from all the hotel staff. The room we booked was comfortable, cosy and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Thoroughly enjoyed the free activities like feeding rabbits, ostriches and seeing a sorts of animals like peacocks, ducks and gooses. Seems like a family oriented resort with activities for children but also enjoyable for couples. We also had campfire and karaoke at night, fireworks on another night (included) and also we got to pick strawberries and eggs (for a small fee) on the last day. 3D2N here are well spent!
