Hotel lobby have no toilet for hotel guests. Poorly maintained of the public area. The front desk asked the guests to go opposite shopping mall to use the toilet. The hotel is old & dirty. No cleaning staffs to do maintenance. Thanks.

Good hotel, but they didn’t clean our room. We didn’t know what to do with our full trash cans. The location is perfect, it’s very near the metro station. Foreigners can be registered at this hotel.

Excellent location, but very limited amenities! You only get two towels in total for two people, meaning you have no extra towel for hair, hands or drying your feet. Also you don’t get toilet paper here too. I’ve asked multiple times at the reception for more toilet paper but they ignored me.

Spacious room with nice view over the city, clean and modern. However the place seems relatively new and is lacking in commodities (napkins, hand towels, bed lamp…). The location is in the middle between the city center and Laoshan so convenient in that way, but not really near anything of interest. Also the loud indoor construction noises on a Sunday at 8am were not amazing
