The hotel has a swimming pool (with a small hot spring bath), a gym, and a free underground parking lot with plenty of spaces, which was very convenient and reassuring."

"This is the best hotel in Lüsi Port Town. The entire design concept is based on a five-star hotel, and the level of service is indeed five-star. I don't know why it's listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel room is quite spacious, actually around 42 square meters. The facilities are new, except the air conditioning wasn't very hot; perhaps because it's spring and the central air conditioning is off, it was a bit chilly at night. The room was very clean, with attention to detail. The hotel's promotional video was excellent, showcasing many of the hotel's intangible cultural heritage artworks and design concepts. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is a well-known local restaurant, excellent for seafood, as it's located in a famous fishing port. The receptionist, Ms. Shi, was very warm and attentive, even providing us with complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful. Special praise goes to the receptionist at the breakfast restaurant; she was exceptionally welcoming and even personally served me noodles when I couldn't carry two! 👍 The receptionist at the restaurant on April 6th deserves a huge thumbs up—a bright smile and warm service. The hotel butler also sent greetings via WeChat. It's rare to find such a good hotel in a small town. By the way, there are charging stations in the underground parking garage; slow charging is convenient, but the electricity cost of 2.24 yuan per kilowatt-hour is a bit expensive, judging from the perspective of a Black Diamond member. This hotel deserves a 90 out of 100; it's a great choice for anyone visiting Lüsi Port."

"The room smelled terrible as soon as I entered, and the air conditioning was malfunctioning. It stopped working completely at 12:30 AM, and I woke up in the middle of the night feeling awful from the heat. The front desk told us to go downstairs to get our room key and change rooms, but I said it was inconvenient, so they sent someone up to deliver the key. I said I wanted to move to a new room to rest first and come back in the morning to unpack, but they refused, saying the cleaning lady would be cleaning the room the next morning. They started unpacking again around 1 AM! The room next to ours had the same problem; we woke up at 3 AM feeling awful from the heat and had to unpack and change rooms! My travel companion said it wasn't just our two rooms; when he went downstairs to get his key, other guests were also changing rooms. What terrible rooms and terrible service!"

Environment: The decoration is very design-oriented... Why didn't I take a photo... Because I was taking care of my baby (I will make up for it next time) Service: Full marks for service! The boss is always responsive and knows the locals~ He also gave away fireworks, sand-digging toys, and fruits~ He also helped wash and dry clothes after playing in the mud pit. "Overall, I was quite satisfied, but the only thing was that the bed was a bit too soft. The service and everything else was very good. I even encountered an unpleasant situation at the hotel, and when I reported the issue, Jason was able to resolve it quickly for me. The only real downside was the construction site across the street, which was a bit of a nuisance. The concierge helped us carry a lot of luggage all the way to our room. At check-out, they also helped us move all our bags, big and small. Sunny and Ellen were very friendly."

"I'm utterly speechless. It happened to be the day of the Qidong cycling race. On the morning of the 10th, my friend and I went out to participate. I spoke with the front desk staff, intending that if our race was late, they could take our luggage directly from our room to the front desk, and I would return the room key after the race. However, a middle-aged female staff member told me that check-out was at 12:00. I was in a hurry to compete, and although I was confused as check-out was always 2:00, I didn't check my booking on Ctrip. I simply handed over the room key (which was on the back of my phone) and processed the check-out. This is verifiable on the security camera. After the race, I leisurely returned to the hotel, already determined to book a short-stay room for showering and changing. So I booked a short-stay room, only to find out at home that the check-out was clearly stated as 2:00 PM. It was like I had paid for a free short-stay room! And what's even more infuriating is that when we checked out, they were recording another car's license plate. They were so slow, they hadn't even entered it by the time we left, and there were other cars waiting in the parking lot. I had to pay to leave. I'm so frustrated and furious!"
