I stayed at this homestay in Qidong on the wedding anniversary. The stay is very comfortable, really close to the beach, and I took my children to watch the most beautiful sunrise in the morning. The service is nothing special. It's almost like living in your own home. The refrigerator and washing machine are from Siemens. The stove is brand new. You can cook by yourself. It's really convenient to take care of your children. Just tell the lady at the front desk when you leave. The only drawback is that the Shili Coast is not open. If it is open, it will be more convenient to play. To play, you have to go to the golden beach of Evergrande Venice, which is more than ten or twenty kilometers away, and it is also thirty kilometers away from Lusi Fish Port. The surrounding supporting facilities are not yet complete, and we hope to improve them soon! Have the opportunity to go again!

The environment is quite good, but the sanitary conditions are worrying. There is dust on the floor, the toilet in the master bedroom is leaking, and it stinks. You can smell the stench even when you sleep. The beds in the rooms are all wrought iron beds. The supporting legs of the beds in two rooms are a bit broken, and the whole bed shakes when you sit on it. There is a cicada in the small room, which keeps chirping all night. The store owner didn't see anyone during the whole process. He tells you the room number and unlocking code through WeChat. I told the store owner that they don't have disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, and they said they would send it to you right away, but they didn't send it until I checked out. There is only one hanger in the four rooms, and there is no washing machine. I hope the hygiene, service, and facilities can keep up in the future!

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The lady boss is very nice and answered all my questions. The room is also very nice. What I didn't expect is that they also provide disposable bath towels, which is very considerate. I was also recommended by a friend. Parking is also convenient. The only small suggestion is to put a microwave. I brought food with me, and I like to microwave it. Hehe.

設施：很新的民宿，去的第一間22樓，不太適合長住，沒有掛衣服的地方，衣服撐都衹能掛在廁所淋浴間的門把上，而且進去後很明顯能聞到傢俱的味道雖然有兩個衞生間，但是洗澡的時候最好一個個洗，是燃氣熱水器，同時洗的話有一個沒熱水 服務：不知道是不是運氣不好，吃完飯帶着一身汗開開心心回住所準備洗澡，放了十分鐘的水龍頭都沒熱水，確定了燃氣有點問題才第一時間聯繫了客服。大晚上的麻煩了民宿，等了一刻鐘有人上門檢查了，説是今天入住前突然沒燃氣了（雖然不懂為什麼突然，也不知道燃氣欠費的話是不是商家應該收到訊息，卻沒有及時核實以至這麼突然）。折騰了快一個小時，讓換間房，小區非常空曠，入住率很低，需要把攤了一屋子的東西收拾好後再下樓換一棟樓入住，麻煩談不上，畢竟大晚上的還麻煩了民宿。但是來火的是服務態度，給了三個方案：一，不換房間不洗澡，寫好評給點返現，二，想洗澡就大半夜換房，三，以上不接受就全額退款，午夜12點你自己想辦法找住處。 陳述此事，以供參考。

There is a plastic rustling when the mattress sleeps. I am afraid that the guests will soil the mattress and do not remove the plastic layer.
