This hotel was very nice and relaxing. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. But you need a taxi to go anywhere.

Good hotel in an excellent location

Our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the staff claimed we hadn’t paid for our stay, despite presenting both the Trip.com invoice and credit card statement. Thankfully, Trip.com’s customer service responded quickly to resolve the issue, but we were still hassled until the morning. The rooms lacked basic amenities and were uncomfortably humid with mold. There was no complimentary water provided, which was inconvenient. The food at the hotel was overpriced and did not meet expectations in terms of quality. Overall, this experience fell short of what we expected.

Lovely location, great pool and friendly staff. Good clean rooms with nice terraces. Would stay here again. The o my annoying thing is that the rooms keys constantly de activated

The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh. The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

Good swimming pool, breakfast also very good, one of the best restaurants in this location, good staff, I recommend it!!!

Beautiful environment, friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel can book a car to the entrance of Iguazu. We visited during winter, otherwise we could have enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool. The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony.

I liked everything very much. Very good breakfasts, which is rare in Argentina. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the jungle.
