Nothing much to say, no water kettle in room basic amenities, nothing special

Great location, breakfast it’s standard and everyday same. Not good, not bad… average. Comfortable but have no double room with 2 separate beds

Good location and no surprise in general when you go to any Ibis Hotel. Only this time the toilet in my room had strong urine smell.

The hotel is just simply good for rest after a long day Breakfast has nothing much to eat even it is a buffet Room has no phone cannot contact concierge but must travel down to the hall if u need them Bed quite soft and comfy for god sleep

There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's relatively safe and close to tourist attractions. The room is not big, but the worst part is that there is not even a cup for brushing teeth, which is not good.

Good location, good service. But the facilities are poor, the bed sheets in the room are not clean, there are blood stains and black spots

The price/performance ratio is high. Compared with other countries in South America, the price of Ibis here is much cheaper. The hotel's food is not bad, and there are a lot of fruits for breakfast. It is also a relatively rich breakfast in South America.

The hotel along the street is quite noisy. There are many places to eat nearby. There are Starbucks, supermarkets, etc. on the two streets. It is quite convenient.

It's very noisy near the road, and the table and chair in the room are 90 degrees, which is not suitable for office work.

The service at the front desk was a bit slow. I went to check out in the morning and just returned the key, but I had to wait for a long time. The taxi I called in advance took two trips before I was allowed to return the key and check out of the room.

Average facilities, relatively old hotel

We made the reservation choosing the option with taxes included (which is more expensive) and when checking in they told us that this tax is not VAT, but rather the commission that the hotel has to pay to the platform we use to reserve And in addition to what we paid, they charged us at the reception an extra 19% in taxes or VAT again, I work in the hotel industry and it is shameless what they do by publishing the rooms with “taxes” or “without taxes” and then they charge you for them Second time, I use this hotel chain in many countries and only in Chile did this happen to me. I will never book at Ibis Chile again.

The hotel is very nice, very clean, convenient transportation and good service
