The hotel is away from the center in a new developing commercial area. There was nothing in the area for tourists. It was very inconvenient that there was no salon to meet with friends and group members. The reception is on the second floor. A great benefit was the free exercise and jacuzzi area with towels provided. Generally it was a clean hotel. Our room was clean, large, the bed was comfortable, but there was only a small window, something I didn't like. The bathroom was large and spacious with plenty of space for personal items. The hotel provided a shower cap, hand soap, shower gel and body lotion. Dinner was a decent buffet and everything I tried was very tasty. The sweets were very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities were fantastic, including the pool and gym, which were both clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning with plenty of variety. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, making my overall stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Worth only for a three-star hotel. The first floor is a car saloon, and the guests should enter from the side entrance. The reception was on the second floor! The lift was slow and we mostly took the stairs. Missing lights on the stairs. The shower cabin was old and not cleaned at the corners. Too much noise from the courtyard where cars were parked. The breakfast was good but the waiter was not polite. I got a glass bottle to get hot milk from the drink machine, and he looked angry and suggested us taking milk with cappuccino cups!!! I asked for an iron in the room, as usual in other hotels. They didn't give it to me and asked me to pay for ironing, but I had to wait 40 minutes!!! I will not come back to this place.

We stayed at the hotel with an organized group of pleasant and polite people. The reception manager's attitude was condescending and he made sure to point out his dissatisfaction with Israeli customers, every legitimate request such as an extra blanket or an extra pillow was met with a frown and complaints on his part, in the dining room we mostly received sour faces and antagonism, on the last morning we had to leave early because of the flight time. When the passengers arrived at the dining room, they were expelled from there and the door was locked in their face and the dining room manager refused to let them in. I don't know if it's hatred for Israelis only or for everyone, but the experience at the hotel was unpleasant with a feeling of rejection bordering on anti-Semitism.

Good hotel for reasonable price. There were some issues but the hotel is fine overall. Breakfast is good enough. The gym is pretty lousy. The view from the terrace is worth for taking the higher floor. But location isn't perfect. If you prefer walking.

Fantastic experience here. We arrived to Podgorica from Skopje at 4:15am after a long day and night of travelling. The staff went far beyond expectations and made sure we arrived safely and gave us a late check out to allow a little extra rest. Lovely big rooms, great location and very comfy bed! We will back, thank you!

Well, I have been a guest at the Aurel Hotel in Podgorica several times now! I must say that this is my first review of the facility but based on all of my experience from before. The Hotel is situated in lovely surroundings near the entrance of Podgorica (coming from Albania) and nearby there is a supermarket which is well supplied. Also, the surroundings are calm and with beautiful houses of the local population. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and modern. The rooms are big and clean equipped with modern and cozy furniture. The baths in the rooms are also practical and modern. The breakfast is simply perfect, while the staff is very kind and polite always looking for new ways to better serve their customers. The spa includes a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and warm chairs and it is cozy and nice.

Hotel Aurel in Podgorica, breakfast, disastrous, a four-star hotel that has the reception on the second floor? ………., it is located in the industrial area, the sheets are too small (your feet were left in the air), the terrace is super dirty.
