"Very average hotel. It was once one of the most luxurious hotels in Pittsburgh, but it's been in serious decline. There was almost no service, the phone in the room didn't work (you had to go downstairs to get room service), and the cleanliness was average (there were even stains on the sheets). The shops and restaurants inside the hotel are almost closed. It snowed heavily when we checked in, and we couldn't go out during the day. As a result, there was no food in such a big hotel (only one bar was still open)! Finally, due to the overall design of this hotel, almost all the windows in the basic room types are inward facing (the window is opposite a wall), which makes it a bit claustrophobic."

Sad to pay an additional $22 on top of room The bar was lively enough without being too much I was happy to be able to get breakfast starting at 6:30- and the food was good. I will stay here again."
