The front staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. This one was for senior citizens that came in for a family event. We requested a room that was close and close to the elevator. Both of which were accommodated. There was appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comforters, but because it was a double room the seniors decided to put their luggage on the that bed.

The location of the hotel is great, it only takes a few minutes to drive to Grand view! The hotel is located halfway up the mountain and the air is very good! I will choose this hotel next time!

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh is clean and has a western breakfast. The hotel has a gym and an indoor swimming pool. The hotel is close to the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium, a 20-minute drive away. It's a good day trip to the zoo. The animals include elephants, tigers, stars, and many other animals.

Very good experience, everything went well, I will come again next time, the hygiene is good, the room is big, everything is OK, the surrounding environment is good, free parking, not far from the university, very convenient,

Our children graduated and we came to attend the graduation ceremony. There were many American parents. The breakfast was typical American and filling. The parking lot was large and free parking was available.

The hotel rooms are consistent with the official photos. The transportation is convenient. It takes only ten minutes to drive to downtown, the University of Pittsburgh, and the mountaintop view. There is free parking, a standard American breakfast, which is very rich, and the hotel front desk service is friendly. There is a large supermarket next to the hotel, with cheap prices, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities and food.

Overall, it is a very good choice. Compared with hotels around Pittsburgh, this one is relatively new and cost-effective. It is far from the city center, and it takes about 30 minutes to drive there, but there are many stores such as Sam's Club and IKEA nearby, which is very convenient.

The facilities are relatively old, but the price is really good, the bedding is clean. Parking is very convenient.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and tidy. The parking lot was spacious, so I was able to park without worrying about parking.
