Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

The staff were very helpful by driving us up the hill so we could use the gym. The breakfast buffet was good, but the service for dinner was not so good.

Amazing hotel! Clean and smells good. Like it! Will come back again.

A beautiful hotel right in the bamboo ocean area. Walking distance to hot springs and to the bamboo park with the panda pavilion. The stuff is very nice and helpful, the room had all that we needed and more.

The package includes tickets for Yushui Hot Spring and Nanshan Bamboo Sea, hot spring bathing, bamboo sea tour, and deep oxygen inhalation, which is really a five-star experience. The extremely thoughtful service during the stay made people feel at home. I must give a thumbs up to my housekeeper Miss Jin Xiufang, who felt like an old friend of ours in Liyang. From arrival to departure, she cared about our daily life every day. When the weather was cloudy and rainy, she sent greetings to keep warm, helped us plan our trip to Liyang, and recommended many entertainment activities for children in the hotel, which helped me find my childhood soap memories. Here you can feel the 100% humanistic beauty of Liyang My husband and I have decided to bring our parents to live here next time. The people here are very simple. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The surrounding restaurants and takeaways are very convenient. The taste of the hotel's Chinese restaurant is satisfactory, but the ingredients are fresh. If you don't like to eat out, it's also suitable to eat directly in the hotel. The breakfast is rich in variety and I am very satisfied.
