Good spring resort with good breakfast and service

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

The staff were very helpful by driving us up the hill so we could use the gym. The breakfast buffet was good, but the service for dinner was not so good.

Amazing hotel! Clean and smells good. Like it! Will come back again.

A beautiful hotel right in the bamboo ocean area. Walking distance to hot springs and to the bamboo park with the panda pavilion. The stuff is very nice and helpful, the room had all that we needed and more.
