Отель Phuket Orchid Resort and Spa оставил смешанные впечатления от отдыха. Расположение очень удобное: в тихом районе, но при этом недалеко от пляжа и основных достопримечательностей. Пляж чистый, с белым песком, вода бирюзовая — идеально для расслабления.
Номера средние по уровню, но после реновации выглядят вполне уютно. Была небольшая проблема с освещением: свет включался и выключался сам по себе, пока мы не сообщили об этом на ресепшн. Мастер пришёл быстро и починил выключатели — больше проблем не возникало. В целом, в номерах есть всё необходимое: удобная кровать, кондиционер, который работал без нареканий, и балкон. Однако уборка за неделю проживания ни разу не проводилась, что стало минусом.
Завтраки в ресторане отеля были действительно хорошими: большой выбор блюд, свежие фрукты, качественное обслуживание. Питание оставило только положительные впечатления. Что касается ресепшена, то очереди не было, персонал работал оперативно и вежливо.
В целом, отдых получился спокойным, но с некоторыми недочётами. Отель подойдёт тем, кто ищет бюджетный вариант с удобным расположением и хорошими завтраками, но стоит быть готовым к отсутствию регулярной уборки.

Very well located 2 steps from Karon beach and many restaurants and massage parlors around. The room and bathroom were very good size, the only bad thing was that there was a very strong smell of humidity. The pools and slides are great

Complicated start because I had asked for a connecting room which we were able to have the next day my first night horrible room with nauseating smells at 300€ per night but Mélanie and Rose made up for it by changing us rooms simple breakfast on the other hand location and the people of the hotel are great thank you very much

It is very suitable for bringing children to play. Children especially like it. There are several swimming pools and the front desk service attitude is OK. If the premium is not too high during the peak season, I will bring my children here again.
