I especially like the environment and location of the breakfast restaurant, but it is quite popular, so it is better to come early than to come early (Figure 3). Karon Beach is far from Phuket Airport. It takes about 2 hours to get there by taxi for the afternoon flight. There is a lot of traffic. The airport quoted 1500 and I bargained it down to 1200.
When I went back to the airport, I asked the hotel to call a car for 1500. It was a business car and was quite comfortable.
