This is the third time we have stayed at this wonderful resort and it has always been a pleasure

So we have been in Phuket for the last 10 days and this is our third and last accommodation for a three-night stay. Unfortunately, this establishment is one that I will not return to. We had three rooms two garden rooms and one on the hilltop. The two garden rooms had our parents. Upon arrival, the bathrooms were not clean. The garden room bathrooms are not sealed completely so the bathroom temperature is the same as outside throughout their stay. They switched on the ACs to cool it down but it just made the rest of the house even colder. Our parents don't complain in a hurry so they looked passed things that youngsters won't. They did mention something about the drainage in the shower and water coming up from a different pipe so they had to switch the shower off and on so that the bathroom doesn't get flooded with shower water. Sounds crazy by that is what they told me. The hilltop room 3207 No ocean view as the trees blocked the view. Getting up and down was such a hassle, thank God my parents did not get rooms up there. The pool just felt like a mission getting to when staying on the hilltop. Things that stood out despite the high rating: Outdated TV - we didn't switch it on at all. Something from the early 2000s. No charging ports The hilltop shower is one I won't comment on. Old used plastic slippers are given for the room. Could this be a health concern? Oh yeah, the staff are friendly and helpful. But the rooms are outdated, the location of the establishment means traveling to Patong is longer due to the construction. Lastly, from an experience point of view this a below-satisfactory holiday resort that some might say overpriced and rated.

From the moment we arrived at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The front office staff deserve special praise – they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. Every interaction was met with genuine smiles, clear communication, and helpful guidance. Their service truly set the tone for a perfect holiday. The accommodation was absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to blend luxury with the natural surroundings. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the breathtaking views of the ocean and lush gardens was a dream come true. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of activities available at the resort. From relaxing spa treatments to kayaking and cultural workshops, there was always something to enjoy. The resort strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. The private beach is a slice of paradise – quiet, clean, and incredibly scenic. Whether lounging under a palm tree or taking a swim in the clear waters, it was the ideal escape from the busy world. Overall, Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service from the front office team, luxurious rooms, engaging activities, stunning views, and tranquil beach made it a truly unforgettable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The noise of room upper made me unable to sleep at all which they don't care what they did even it's very late night and disturb to other guest who staying under their room. The breakfast was great and good service.

This was my 2nd time staying at the resort. To be honest I was quite let down this time. When i came few years ago, I remember how everything was so excellent that is why I came back again. This time I felt the services weren't as great, the breakfast selection was not great (too focused on white/foreign tourists) and the overall experience was just meh. However to make up to our disappointment, the manager Sonia did contact us to offer any help to make us feel better. We saw her effort though we still feel the issue was pretty broad. We thanked her for her help but I don't think I will recommend this resort to anyone going to Phuket. With the amount of money we spent here, they should get a better service at a more accessible area.

Nice place to stay..so peaceful and kids friendly. Many activities can be done here.

Nice beach but not suitable for swim and just you can kayak and other water activities. The room area has Lizard and it could be worry some people. Perfect pool and garden view inside the pool and there is some shuttle for patong or kamala for free. At night the hotel dont have any program and the garden is so dark (dont have lights) I have a request for my friends in European countries: please avoid blowing your nose in public and do it in private. Thank you.

We are a having a beach room, though it is on second roll, we still able to enjoy seaview, very tranquil environment. The room is very spacious, exceed our expectation!! Food is delicious at Marisa Terrace Restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The private beach is very quiet, since only house guests have access, no outside people. If you like gardening, you will enjoy the greenery work, every single corner is well designed and the vegetation is carefully selected, plus a lot of artistic decoration is sophisticated arranged. If you like traditional craft work, pay a visit to Craft Thive gift shop, you will find a lot of high quality craft work from Thailand and other countries, the friendly shop MD is very knowledgeable and patience, he will tell you the story behind each craft work. Lastly, I would like to thanks all the staffs for their hospitality services, especially Tiffy at reception, she help to organized our breakfast boxes very early in the morning as we have days trips need to leave hotel before dawn.

Amazing place and staff are friendly. The best ever ❤️ the beach is beautiful and private love it!

Good facility, nice service. Although it is not super close to city centre, it provided all facility to enjoy vacation in the resort
