When I checked in, my room wasn't ready, so they upgraded me to a sun-filled room for free! They even have delivery robots, laundry facilities (washer and dryer), and an 'Xiao Du' smart voice system. The bedding was really comfy too. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – my package was misdelivered due to an incomplete address, and they were so helpful in sorting it out for me. Overall, a great experience!
