The location is very good. There is a night market right outside. You can transfer motorcycles in front of the hotel. There is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. The room is big, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy, but hot water is available 24 hours a day.

You can't complain about the location - quiet but 5 minutes from Patong Beach, so perfect for anyone who wants to party and is looking for a cheap hotel nearby. The facilities and cleanliness weren't great but it was okay.

It is 3 mins walking distance to Bangla Road and 7 mins to Patong beach. Be prepared to carry your luggage to your room, only shower gell provided and expect a bit of noise at night. You are not paying huge money so keep your expectations low. There is "Ram Phuket Tour & Travel" at the entrance of the gate which I used for all the tours. He is very helpful and gave good price for the tours.

During our 2 months living in Patong, my husband and I changed hotels: where for 3 days, where for 5, and.... etc.... This is the second time in this hotel, we liked the location: everything is close by!!!!! And the market and Ceylon and Bangla Road... In general, room 304 was wonderful, the view from the window was on the mountains: green, and how the birds sing!!!!!! Just lovely!!!! In general, I would live in it for 2 months!!!! But we specifically rented for a short period of time in order to review hotels in the future, where to book! We bought through Trip com!!!!

Booked a twin room. Gave me a king-size bed room. Told him I booked a twin bed. He pointed to the sofa next to it. The door wouldn't lock. The air conditioner was like a tractor. I didn't sleep at all that night.
