Stay at the Simpletel Hotel The hotel is quite simple, but it's worth the money. The rooms are cleaned well, in general it's quite neat and minimalistic. We checked in with a 10-year-old child for the duration of the excursions. We left early and returned late only to sleep. Therefore, we were satisfied with the price - quality. The only downside is that we took a view of the years, but in the end there is a beautiful landscape on the right, and below there is a wild construction site, noise and dust from it. Even the air is somehow heavy. It is better to take a view of the street. It is quite suitable for a budget vacation.

This was one of two stays in Phuket. Opted to attend EDC on checkout day.Karin is a relaxed beach and has many Russian amenities. The streets are easy to walk. The hotel could have utilized a few updates, but overall nice. Chose to parasail at this beach and drink vodka with Russians on the beach.

The hotel is in a good location about 10mins to the beach and 2min walk to the walking market. The hotel stuff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.

The stay was okay. The toilet seat was very old and they weren‘t helpful when i had to go to the airport. The lady at the reception was very busy and wanted to call me an taxi for 200 Baht more than grab, when i asked her.

Really clean, great staff and good location. They clean your room every day but noisy if you get the room next to the road

Great quality/price ratio. Room is spacious, clean and new. Good view to the city and you can even see the sea in case of high floor. Big parking for both motorbikes and cars. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby, but after 10 p.m. there is no noise, though soundproofing is good enough, so it never was a problem. 5-10 minutes of walk to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Good Place and location

A very cool hotel with the nicest, most welcoming and helpful staff. They met and saw us off like at home. They helped resolve a small force majeure. Quiet and perfectly clean, so much so that on the very first day I managed to smash my forehead on the glass when I ran to look at the sea view ))) - even the windows are so clean!!! The location is super - the sea is nearby and everything your heart desires. Just a paradise for the soul and body. 100% we will return to this hotel again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and Thailand is my love forever!!!

Service: When booking, I requested a quiet room on a high floor. I was given a mountain view room on the 4th floor (I actually booked a city view room), a room in the middle. This was quite unexpected. The room was indeed very quiet. The check-in procedure was very quick. There was a sign on the door handle asking if the room needed to be cleaned. The service was OK. Environment: It is located on a busy street, with 711 in front and behind. There is a noodle shop opposite the hotel. It takes 7 to 8 minutes to walk to the beach. Generally speaking, it is quite convenient. Facilities: The facilities are generally old, and the decoration and furniture feel a bit old, but they have everything they should have. The sheets and pillows are OK for sleeping. There is a balcony for drying clothes, but the refrigerator seems to be leaking a little. The sound insulation is not very good. If the neighbors are very noisy, you will hear it. Hygiene: It is quite clean. There is not much dust on the balcony clothes drying rack and tables and chairs. The cleaning is OK. Only the washbasin in the bathroom is a bit unclean, which may be too old.

It is in a good location This is the only plus Breakfast is not included, everyone writes about it. The balcony offers a good view. I would return for 3500, and not for 10000 as some write)
