Beyond Kata

This is a hotel with obvious advantages and disadvantages. If you have any questions, you must communicate with Ctrip customer service. Ctrip customer service is very powerful. Advantages: The hotel is in a good location and is 0 distance from Kata Beach. Disadvantages: The level of the front desk is uneven. Some will take the initiative to greet you when entering and leaving, while others are indifferent. I came to check in at 3 pm. The view on the 2nd floor was blocked. The sea view premium room is a connecting room, so it is almost not soundproof. Disadvantages: The main problem is the handover of the front desk! I stayed for a total of 5 nights, 3 nights of sea view, and extended for 2 nights of deluxe. Here comes the point. I completed the check-in procedures for the deluxe room one day in advance. I checked out the sea view room at 12 o'clock the next day. The young female employee told me that the room was ready and it was on the 4th floor of this building (Building 2). Then another middle-aged female employee with her hair in a bun (the employee who personally handled the deluxe room extension procedures for me the day before) came over and said that the room was next door (Building 1) and asked me to check in at 3 o'clock. 🤷🏻♀️What is this operation? I was given Building 2 and Building 1. Can I check in immediately? I completed the procedures for the deluxe room one day in advance just to check out and check in the next day, otherwise I would have to wait for three hours with my luggage? Your hotel really makes trouble for guests😓Finally, I negotiated with Ctrip customer service and successfully checked in without waiting until 3 o'clock. But it was a room in Building 1 facing the road, I will comment on this in another post...So what does the front desk mean when they said there was no room and had to wait until 3 o'clock? They are just looking at people to serve them? So the hotel, when there was a vacant room, what does it mean that the front desk asked the customer who extended the room to check out at 12 o'clock and wait until 3 o'clock to check in? And I completed the procedures for extending the stay in the deluxe room one day in advance, please give me a reasonable explanation

Очень приятный отель Находится на первой береговой линии . Удобно и в море ходить плавать , оставляя свои вещи на отдельном шезлонге , и по берегу гулять . Закат из номера было просто невероятный . Была годовщина свадьбы, нам отель подарил презентом тортик, сделал милую композицию из цветов и полотенец . В номере была ежедневная уборка . Питьевой воды оставляли достаточно . Завтра утром был скромный, но разнообразный . Рекомендую данный отель , еще возможно вернемся .

酒店有私人沙灘 這是亮點，但是裝修有點老了，服務也真的一般 房間裏面還有暗門 沒住習慣 不太接受的了

Beyond Kata, one of the few beachfront hotels in Kata Beach. A large hotel, long-established, but beautifully renovated, with complete facilities. The best thing is that it's right on the beach, you can walk down. The location is excellent. As for the breakfast, I think it's a bit small. The taste is just so-so for Thai people.
