Overall it's very good, although part of the hotel is under renovation and a bit lacking. The hotel is large and has three swimming pools to meet different needs. It's also close to the beach, making it a very suitable place for a vacation.

The room facilities were average, old but not outdated. Cleaning was average, with a layer of static dust on the TV and coffee table. The six free bottles of water provided daily were more than enough. The hotel is large, so electric carts are available for easy access. Free songthaews are provided daily to take guests to the top. Most of the staff were very welcoming, and I didn't feel discriminated against.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's very good, clean and sanitary. Every service staff is very nice. The hotel swimming pool is also very good. The hotel is connected to the beach and you can see the sunset in the evening. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Phuket!
