Everything is great!!!! The room with a jacuzzi is excellent, a gorgeous view!!! A spacious room (2+1)!!! We didn't get to the jacuzzi!!! It's not convenient to return to the room after breakfast!!! If your legs are as strong as a mountain goat, then this is it!!!!

Staff were really helpful. The resort is beautiful and the location is great. They have a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The pools were clean and beautiful. Booked a trip to Phi Phi island with them, it was spectacular. Overall, a great place to stay!

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel for upgrading our room for free. The environment is very good and the scenery is beautiful. The room was cleaned fairly well, but you could still find bits of food on the floor, so the cleaning was not very thorough. The hotel did not arrange bath towels before we checked in. I can accept that busyness is one's fault, but I cannot accept that when I called the front desk to get bath towels, I waited for more than an hour and still could not get them. Finally, after I complained to the front desk, the front desk explained that they were not provided in time because the laundry room was crowded. Our room was not near the front desk, but halfway up the mountain. However, the hotel's shuttle bus only served until 11:30 pm, so after that we had to walk up the slope by ourselves. Other services are very good, and the waiters and security guards are all smiling.
