Banyan Tree Phuket

The Banyan Tree Hotel was somewhat disappointing. The service wasn't worthy of the price and brand. The check-in receptionist, a woman, provided a normal welcome. After explaining the service, we were shown to our room. She then proactively asked if we wanted the sofa made into a crib for our child. We agreed, and she even promised to provide a swimming ring for our child. We were quite happy at this point, as the in-room swimming pool was only 1.2 meters deep, so our child couldn't reach the bottom. We then went out for dinner. When we returned to our room, the excitement began. It was already past 10:00 PM, and the so-called sofa bed in the room still hadn't been made up, nor was it turned down, and there was no swimming ring for our child! Other than that, since our child was about to go to bed, I had no choice but to call the front desk. After explaining the situation, they said they would make it right away. After waiting for fifteen minutes, with no response, I called the front desk again, but they were completely unapologetic. Looking back, they didn't even say sorry, saying, "Madam, I know what you mean, but they need to prepare the equipment." I was speechless. What equipment does it take to make a bed? I thought they were going to bring me a bed. I tried again and told them we only needed to make it, but they added that they couldn't promise a timeframe for making it. Thankfully, the hotel staff did come and made the bed, and at least they weren't rude. From that point on, my impression of this hotel was very negative. When I checked out, they were incredibly aloof, not even asking how I was. I think some of the staff, especially the front desk staff, seemed racist. They were very friendly to European and American guests, so I think this hotel might only cater to Europeans. Think carefully before booking!

The world's first Banyan Tree. I saw the Banyan Tree. It was a great vacation. The dining and accommodation experience were all great. The service was first-class. I will come again next time.

This is an old hotel, probably from 1996. The facilities are almost non-existent. The golf course next door is nice, but if you can't play, don't come. There are basically no other facilities. It's extremely boring. It's far from anywhere. The SAP is also extremely expensive. There is absolutely no value for money. There are too many options in Thailand for this price. The hotel also has no beach. You have to leave the hotel. Cross the road to the beach outside, it's a wild place.

The service was excellent, living up to Banyan Tree's reputation. The beds in the rooms were clean and incredibly comfortable. While other hotels can sometimes have damp beds, Banyan Tree's were warm and cozy. If you're looking for a relaxing retreat in nature, Banyan Tree Phuket is the perfect choice.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good, because the birthday was upgraded, very happy
