It is a bit old hotel, but well managed. The swimming pool is large and diverse, which is good. The location is in front of Patong Beach, and it is a 10-15 minute walk to Jungceylon. There are restaurants and marts around the hotel. Breakfast is not up to expectations, but the hotel is large, so it is good to spend time in the hotel. All the staff are friendly and respond quickly. It is a hotel I would like to stay in again.

The hotel is very old... the rooms seem to have been renovated, but still - some kind of peeling, the elevators are awful..
They put us in the wrong room, lower category, we spent a lot of time moving.
It doesn't deserve five stars at all

Great hotel! We really liked it. Good service and breakfast. Situated on the first line to the beach. Very large swimming pool. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
