I booked a deluxe pool view, and upon check-in they said that they had upgraded the room category to a room with access to the pool. In fact, they gave us a noisy room by the road and a view of the toilet entrance. I immediately asked to check us into the room I booked. But it turned out that there were no free rooms of our category! (By the way, talking to other hotel guests, it turned out that this was not only done to us). We had to wait until the next day to check into the booked category. But here, too, a surprise awaited. Initially, we were told that by 2 pm we should pack our things and be ready to move. In the morning I went to the reception and they repeated the same thing to me (be ready at 2 o'clock). But at 2 o'clock in the afternoon they said that the move would not be until 3 o'clock in the afternoon! They suggested that we go and do our own thing for now, but how???? If all the things were packed??? They moved us at about 15:30. It turns out that we wasted one day of vacation. It's not a vacation when you can't even unpack your suitcases. Unfortunately, none of the staff apologized for the situation with the room. Then it got more interesting. My child broke his leg getting out of the water at the sea. We were given a stroller to use (this is the only plus), but it was impossible to leave the hotel in it. Due to the child's injury, it was very difficult for us to move around the hotel. Since you can only get to the pool (or to the sea) by steps. POOL: And there was an eternal problem with the pool: the lack of sun loungers. From 7 am 90% of the sunbeds are occupied. But there is no one on the sunbeds. (By the way, according to the hotel rules, if you are not on the sunbed for more than 30 minutes, then your place should be vacated, but no one monitors this. Sunbeds stand for hours with towels, but without anyone) I asked the staff to reserve places for us by the pool. Since we could not go to the sea in a wheelchair. Unfortunately, no one did this.
