1st day in Phuket once check in the mood totally spoil. Room very dirty and dusty, very bad smell in the room. Goos things is the staff is friendly and the service is good. Location is convenient.

It's next to the busiest Patong Beach and very close to the beach. The location is really good. When I arrived very late that day, I just had some food downstairs. Everything in the food stall downstairs was a bit expensive compared to Ban Zan. It was a lot more expensive than the waiter who had to haggle hard. They all speak Chinese and their Chinese is very good.

I am impressed with the size of the room, spacious toilet and very comfortable bed. The room and toilet were so clean. Enjoyed my time staying in this hotel. But bear in mind, if youre looking for a peaceful and family friendly hotel, this is not really suitable.

Next to Patong Night Market, it is very lively and convenient for eating and drinking, but it is too noisy and the room has poor sunshade. If you want to sleep in, don't choose this place. I probably won't come here again next time.
