Good Place to stay

When I went to leave I checked behind the chair for any items - standard practice- there was some clothing items that were not mine there likely from the last guest Power was out for 4 - 5 hours and didn’t come back on until 8 pm Great location lacking in cleanliness and old outdated rooms

No Wifi, service bad, tv have problem, cleaning very bad

My fault I did not check the reviews prior to booking. I was impulsive to immediately book a room with balcony facing literally at the beach. The photos also looked okay. But guess what? Photos would scam you. Beach front was excellent but the quality of the room and the enitre facility was so terrible. I do not understand why Trip.com kept this resort in their system with so much bad reviews. People get scammed and they don't have a choice but to stay because the owner won't return their money. Non refundable policy was clear at the beginning but I had valid reasons for asking for a refund. I was even offering 50% refund but still got rejected. You see? I was even ready to throw out my 50% money just to move out from that resort. Still no luck. I had a long flight and was so tired all I wanted was to sleep. Two hours after upon check in, the power went down for 4 hours. They do not have a back up power generator. People said that power shutdown is a common problem. Other things I observed: Broken shower holder. Broken bathroom wash sink. Dirty floor in the bathroom. Walls are old and not painted. Doors are old with corrosion. No interior designing at all. Ants were present. Flies can access. Bed sheets/pillows were terrible - my wife had rashes everywhere in her body. Air conditioner was too old with corrosion and filter casing was partially opened. Bed room floor was of poor quality. Overall the resort quality was like a motel similarly located in a ******* area. Good for money (cheap) and location, but cannot have peace of mind because of terrible quality. It was not a relaxing trip. Would I stay again? Never!!!
