很適合家庭旅行，是個三層小別墅，離拉葳海灘不不遠。管家服務最值得稱讚，雖然英文不算太好，但基本可以溝通。
泳池挺乾淨，雖然有點小，不過夠玩。廚房可以做飯，咖啡機，磨粉機，爐灶一應俱全，適合一家人出行做飯吃，旁邊可以通過Grab訂食材來做飯，還算方便。白天想出去玩也可以讓shuttle bus接送。
不足：洗浴設備比較老舊，功能正常，洗髮，沐浴用品有提供，但牙刷，牙膏，梳子沒有。衞生衹能算還OK，還是要帶好一次性壓縮毛巾浴巾，浴缸馬桶套袋。 空調應該比較老舊，運行噪音巨大。

3 этажная вилла, оформлено дизайнером в Тайском стиле. Отличное место чтобы провести отдых с семьей, чисто, тихо, заботливый персонал, бесплатный шаттл-бас до пляжа Раваи и Най-Харн. Чистый собственный бассейн, на вилле есть все необходимое для жизни, близость в пешей доступности хороших ресторанчиков и магазина 7/11. Спасибо персоналу, надеемся вернуться в следующем году !

Мы отдыхали на вилле By the Lake Villas и остались очень довольны. Всё, как на фото: мебель новая, стильная, всё чисто и аккуратно. Особенно понравился бассейн — с кристально чистой водой, прямо мечта. А огромный смарт-ТВ стал настоящим спасением для вечернего отдыха, особенно когда не хочется никуда идти.
Да, вилла находится не прямо у моря (около километра), но это совершенно не напрягало. Нас всегда возили на пляжи и даже в магазины за продуктами. Это было очень удобно, и мы сразу перестали думать о том, что машина нам нужна.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: невероятно вежливые и отзывчивые. На любые вопросы реагировали сразу и действительно старались сделать наш отдых комфортным.
Единственный момент — вилла трёхэтажная. Для нас это не проблема, но, например, с маленькими детьми или пожилыми родителями может быть немного сложновато.
В целом, отдых прошёл отлично. Тихо, уютно, красиво — рекомендуем тем, кто хочет расслабиться и отдохнуть без суеты!

超級超級差，必須差評，酒店設施很老舊，衞生超級差，空調跟摩託車發動機一樣吵整晚睡不着，並且水特別小，洗個頭真的需要耐心，沒啥服務，平時幾百塊錢的酒店，我們訂的2000多一晚，就這？完全對不起這個價格，無比失望，我住進去的上兩天，我朋友她們也住了，後面跟我説，糟糕透了，巨差！

Неожиданно для себя, мы нашли на этой вилле высочайший уровень сервиса и комфорта. Сама вилла даже лучше, чем на фотографиях: есть вся необходимая техника и посуда, гриль, телевизоры во всех комнатах, регулируемая подсветка и фонтанчики у бассейна и много чего ещё, все даже сложно перечислить.
Сервис очень крутой: заселили нас за 3 минуты, помогли затащить вещи, все рассказали / показали. Провожали тоже всей командой) Каждый день бесплатно возили до разных пляжей и обратно. Плюс вдобавок предоставили ранний заезд и поздний выезд!
В общем, это, пожалуй, лучший опыт проживания за границей, который был у меня и моей семьи. Очень рекомендую!
