Hotel a little bit far from Karon village, you need a bike to reach there, calm, located on a hill so you need to be physically able to climb it, you may see some insects in the room or nearby the door, AC make noise when turning ON, old TV, and sink in the toilet is not working well.

Overall a good option, except for breakfast, it's so-so... lots of spicy food. The staff is just a fairy tale, the most amiable, all issues were resolved quickly. They upgrade the room category for free. The territory is good, there are strong climbs up the mountain.
