We can not even use blanket, use bath towel instead. Not worthy for 80 bucks at all. So dirty and smelly.

I don’t like this hotel. Lots of things spoiled and everywhere ants. Get bite. Not clean. No parking.

The hotel owns two buildings, one of which is located within walking distance of another hotel. The first building is orange, while the second building is green. If your booking is in the second building, the hotel will provide the another different GPS location in the app message to help you find it easily. Windy in night balcony.

Such a great places to rest.Been there with my buddies.The room is okay to stay because it’s not a fancy room but still can be enjoyed.the owner is really helpful and give us a special gift also.

Easy to find, very spacious room, mountain view is great !!!

They settled us in the green building. It is located in the Burmese ghetto, the whole building is occupied by migrant workers with children. The room was the farthest on the 3rd floor, so we had to go through the Burmese tavern. The entrance and passage are very inconvenient, the block is in a dead end. There was parking. The room itself is more or less, the air conditioner worked, but the surroundings... The price is certainly low, but I would never have settled here, knowing from the beginning.

Good budget accommodation. We stayed with a family of four for 2 nights. We had a late check-in, contacted the owner via WhatsApp, checked in quickly and without problems. Clear instructions and directions on how to get there and check in on your own, where to eat after the road. Communication with the owner is just excellent. The accommodation is located near the market, everything else is also nearby, everything is very quickly walking distance, a very good location. Everything you need is also in the room, what else does a tourist need? There is a refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, forks, spoons. There is also a balcony where you can sit in the evening, air conditioning. The room was clean, the next day in the morning they also came to clean, but we said no need, we have not littered yet, they brought water and paper and took out a garbage bag. For such a budget money, this is just a super option, we were very pleased. Two days later we sailed to the islands, but we will return to Phuket to this hostel before flying out for a longer period. If you want super-duper amenities, book for a lot of money, for crazy money, and it is not a fact that it will be good there. Here you can easily live for more than a week or more. I will say again that the location is just super, to the market, Jungceylon, Big C, exchange offices no more than 5 minutes walk.

The check-in is done inconveniently, you can only check in from 2:00 to 6:00, at other times it is impossible, which is very inconvenient, I had to wait until lunch to check in, but at 2 o'clock no one arrived either, we arrived only after the Thai called. Thanks for the help, they took us to another hotel that is nearby, the room is generally not bad for this money. The only thing is that you need to somehow get rid of the ants. But overall, everything is fine, there is hot water, you can park your car.

When I arrived at the hotel, the girl took me on a bike 700 m from the real Guest House, to the house where, as I understand, such rooms for a large number of people are located. Then I found this place on the map. It is called The Guest House Villa and Bungalows. So be careful. It is convenient that there is a private kitchen: a microwave, pots and even two electric stoves. You can cook without any problems, I have not tried) In short, for a few nights, and also if there are four of you, then this is generally an ideal option for pennies. Yes, the bed linen has seen time, the repair is also of interesting quality, so what?)

Normal hotel, for a short stay, just to spend the night, it will do. Lived on the first floor, no window, there is a smell of dampness.

The location is great, shopping centers, markets, cafes - everything is nearby. The beach was not important to us, we went further to the islands, but we reached Patong in about 15 minutes. We had a late check-in, I wrote to the owner the day before, he described everything in detail, offered another room to choose from, snacks, drinks. And he was constantly in touch with us. For that kind of money, a couple of nights are just top in this area.

I lived in a single room. The guesthouse is located on a very quiet street for locals, and it's not that long to walk to Bangla. There are inexpensive cafes for locals nearby. Everything in the room is very simple, but clean. Wi-Fi worked well. The mattress is a bit hard. They give you soap, but no shampoo. Keep in mind that the simplest room doesn't have a normal window. The air conditioner worked well. Otherwise, it's an absolutely normal budget option for accommodation.
