Excellent hotel. Had a family room with a view of the pool on the 5th floor. Breakfast 5+. Large room, comfortable bed + fold-out sofa bed for children, snow-white linen, huge towels, robes. Water stations in the hallway, tea and coffee in cool glasses. Warm pool. Large children's room and staff playing with children. Very attentive staff, willing to help with any question. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk away. On the 7th floor there are washing machines and drying machines for 70 and 50 baht for a 5 kg machine, but you need to buy the powder yourself. The only negative point is that the ventilation hood on the street hums loudly and you can hear it with the balcony closed, especially in the evening and at night.

We had a great stay at RED by Radisson. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond whenever we had any requests or issues. They managed to provide early check-in which let us start our Phuket holiday a couple hours earlier. The awesome staff at the restaurant were also super awesome! They were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making our entire stay feel really memorable. We stayed in the family room which was very clean and tons of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kids activity room was a nice surprise with lots of activities for the little ones. Only thing I would comment on is the cleanliness of the kids pools, which could do with some extra maintenance.

We stayed in a family room, the room has one large bed and a sofa that folds out into a bunk bed. There is not much space, there is a balcony, but overall it is ok. Since children stay for free, everything in the room is for 2 adults.
Pros: excellent location, not far from Bangla, about 700 m, but the street is quiet and safe in the evening, there are five-star Holiday Inn, Courtyard nearby. Excellent breakfast, just 5 for Thailand, there is a water station on each floor. There is a large children's club, you can leave your children, they work from 9-19.
The pool on the roof is not finished.
There is an iron in the room, there is a free laundry on the 7th floor.
Cons: there are questions about cleaning, once there was no toilet paper at all. There is a coffee machine in the room, the capsules for it were not replenished at all during the 4 days of stay.
Overall, an excellent, new, modern, stylish hotel. I recommend visiting.
