Stayed at this hotel for the fifth time. Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Spacious rooms with large balconies and great city views. Decent breakfasts and a small rooftop pool. But if you’re sensitive to noise, this might not be the best choice. The area around the hotel has lively bars and a night market, and it can be noisy until around midnight.

Nice, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Good location. They couldn’t get TV to work. Next to noisy nightlife.

The location was great. The service is great. The hotel room itself is absolutely awful🤮 now I can’t see that all the rooms were like this, but mine was. Their air conditioner has a humid malfunction of some kind. I don’t know what, but whenever you leave it on it just piles water all over the floor, which almost made us fall down a few times. We did report and they just told us it’s because we left the doors open. We close the doors in the problem continued there was no change. the floor just got wet every day and mop the floor with a towel. They gave me three times a day and also the humidity smell from the air conditioner was terrible. It was really hard to breathe. We almost left. We actually we did leave. We were going to stay longer, but this room was completely unlivable. If you have this problem, it won’t change just because they close the door. I don’t recommend this hotel. I’m sorry I’m usually a nice guy when I do reviews, but not this time.

Very simple yet good hotel. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to visit Patong. Love it. Great place for comfortable resting and close to the night life of Phuket.

good location friendly staff .Pool area not the best bar on roof area closed and used for storage but for the price would stay there again

Great location - the hotel is NOT as advertised on the Website or in-house advertisement. "Sunset Cocktails and Canapes" bahahahahah - check out pics below. Roof top pool... NO COVER so even before 8am each day was like swimming in a hot tub. Tiles falling off and the rooftop in a state of disrepair. Beds have "body dints" in them, fridge so full of ice hard to get drinks in. Photo of Room is NOTHING like they were - and the view (indicated by red circle) does NOT EXIST!!!! The Bathroom.... shower LEAKS everywhere - all over the floor causing massive mould build up. Limited to one TINY roll of toilet paper a day and only TWO 375ml bottles of water. Cleaning staff were lovely and did the best they could in the absolute DIVE of a place. Great location if you like to party.. you know when its 4am because thats the only time you won't here the "DOOF DOOF" from all the nearby bars.

Great location and great service. The room is huge and has an attached balcony. The toilet is equipped with a bathtub.

Room was big and spacious with a massive bed. My only complaint would be that there’s only 1 elevator so, more often than not, you have to wait quite a while to go up or down.

Overall everything is good. It would be nice to add robes and slippers to the room.

I had a very bad experience, couldn't sleep because it was too noisy.
