Amazing location and hotel stay!
Was upgraded to ground floor unit with direct access to pool fr room.
Lovely concierge always willing to help. Not forgetting nice cold welcome drink and fresh cookies!

Bed was very uncomfortable as the bed sheets, the King bed was actually two single bed put together, there’s gap in the middle, and the quilt cover was too small and wasn’t soft at all! Bathroom was dirty.

Everything was fine, I didn't have any unpleasant experiences, all the staff were welcoming with a smile. Two adults and a nine-year-old child stayed, and the hotel even made a small bed for us on the sofa. The price is indeed expensive 1500+, but for this location in Patong, Phuket, it is understandable.
