The hotel was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant team—they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. A special thanks to Beer for their excellent service!

Hotel lobby is good and big. Good for a photo session.
Room is ok for the prize. A comparative bathroom is better than a room.
Location is bad coz for everything u need a taxi or rent a bike.
Swimming pool - it's very small jus u can get mountain scenery that's all u cannot swim properly.
Booked room for complimentary breakfast is not even up to standard. Example limited items not multi cuisine. Jus for name sake they kept indian cuisine a chill roti and raw gravy. And also they don't refil the item which is over at 8am but the breakfast time is till 10am.
Requested for late checkout ready to pay extra but they don't have the option to do it. My flight got delayed by 5hr no choice to relax back.
Overall not worth staying in so called 5 star hotel.

Pool bar closed on both days for happy hour at lunch time. No food at lunch available either. Too far from Phuket old town and view of Bunnings warehouse - home depot. Shuttle bus to old town funny hours do used taxi at own expense

Bellman was friendly and polite, like the wet tissue and welcome drink provided during the check in.

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can see the stunning view from the rooftop pool. Also not so far from Phuket old town.
